            Today, 8 JAN ****, we received an estimate from Lockhart plumbing and remodeling for $1350 for a water heater replacement. This was based on using our Home warranty company to replace our aging water heater. The work which is covered by our warranty should only cost our copay of $133. Lockhart plumbing put into our estimate an expansion tank would need to be replaced. However I do not have an expansion tank for my heater, so there is no need to replace it. Also the technician said I would have to live with a 50-gal heater when my house is currently serviced with a 80-gal heater. The warranty company will replace any water heater requested. The company is trying to scam people out of extra money.

            I have had several things done with this company and would recommend them to my elderly mother. I have recommended them to my mother. ***** the owner is a friendly and informative person. He tells what needs to be done and he ensures you understands and offers you options. He educates you. I was happy with him and his Team. He runs an apprenticeship program and the young men do great work. He is faith based and I am grateful to him because I am a first time home buyer and he fixed my pipes, dishe washer helped my install my sink, installed new pipes to my basement, fixed the line for my water to the refrigerator, put a clean out and snaked my line. He is reasonable and works with you. This is my go to company. My name is ******************* and I am a Lockhart plumbing fan.
