1 starTalk about unprofessional CRAZY RETALIATING CRIMINAL DISHONEST STAFF HERE. I called to make a payment with the assigned representative who intentionally didn't tell me they already deducted the $*** from my account. I told her l am facing financial hardship so l can pay only $**. She went on to accept my payment without informing me payment was already deducted.The only reason why l found out a payment was already deducted is l received alert from my bank. I called her back and she started arguing with me stating l approved two payments. This representative knew exactly what she was doing.VERY DECEITFUL I SAY. I reported her to her manager who was just as unprofessional as she was. I called back to file a complaint with someone else. Suddenly after my complaint started receiving harassing calls from this company hanging up. Then strangely l received a crazy strange harassing voicemail message from staff member stating she's working overtime and she's calling from the Department of Illinois regarding a redetermination of my case. When l could see on my caller I.D. it was Spring Oaks Capital calling again playing foolish ILLEGAL GAMES AGAIN

2 starsSpam/scamming me with texts and phone calls indicating I owe them ****** and can settle early at this price point. I called the number given, never have done business with the "client" nor have I ever heard of that person/entity.
I did give at least 2 stars as when I called, I was promised my name and number is now off this targetting list.Spring Oaks Capital, LLC

1 starCall you upwards of 10 times a day and don't leave voicemails, they text you and change their numbers everytime they call. Use local numbers based on your phone number but are not locally based. Harassment at its finest.Spring Oaks Capital, LLC

1 starI received a text stating that my account through ***** ******* ******* of SC is now owned by them and they are requesting me to settle this debt with them for ******** I have never had an account with them or with World Finance. I don't know where this information came from. I do not want it to go on my credit report or anything and would like to dispute this information. How do I go about doing this?
