    I bought tickets for an upcoming concert this December. This was the site the artist partnered with to do the presale. I get to the payment screen. It says my payment was declined. However, my card was charged $144 twice for the two tickets I wanted to purchase. I call their ***** customer service number. And its just a voicemail that tells you to email them and then hangs up. I sent them 2 emails. And no response. I want my tickets or my money back.

    This claim has been reviewed. There are two failed attempts to purchase. The card was not charged. Any pending transactions are attempts to authorize the card and will be dropped by the customer's bank. Timing on the removal of pending charges depends on the banks policy. At this time, there are no refunds to issue.

    I purchased tickets to **** yesterday thinking they would immediately be transferred to my Ticketmaster Account.. As a matter of fact I did buy a ticket today from Ticketmaster and it was immediately added to my Ticketmaster account. This company is a sham and scam they do not even have a ticket and wont for two and a half months. I want a refund effective immediately back on my card as they DO NOT have the ticket. Im also taking this to my credit card company and the attorney general in ********. This business needs to be shut down completely for fraud. I want a full refund immediately

The ticket delivery instructions provided at time of purchase outline that mobile tickets are added to the customer's TM Account no later than two weeks prior to the event, likely sooner. This order has been refunded and the tickets purchased through the Artist Presale are no longer valid for entry.  Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.     I purchased tickets to Soundside Music Festival in **********, ** for 9/27-9/28 through a payment plan via TicketsToday. This was the through the ********* website and they advertised the option. The festival announced it was cancelled. I contacted TicketsToday asking for a refund on my $895 paid and to stop the last payment of $265. They said they cannot offer a refund but they will contact the event organizer to ask. The event organizer is saying to contact TicketsToday. I am being tossed back and forth between the two and I just want my money back for a show that was canceled out of my control.

    I purchased a ticket from what I thought was the Point Break festivals website and set up a payment plan and it apparently went through tickets today. I have not yet received my ticket and I have reached out to customer service. They said I should receive a link to claim my ticket via email within 2 weeks of the event. I have not yet received a link. Ticketstoday said they reached out to the venue, but this is making me very uncomfortable, and I am worried I was scammed.

A Customer Support Representative resent the claim tickets link on 5/29/25 after the customer reached out.     I purchased 2 tickets for **** ********* back in Dec 2024 for the show in ******* March 26. Today is March 21 and the tickets have not been delivered. Their phone number states to email customer service which is non responsive. When contacting the venue I was told that I probably purchased from a scammer. I'm not sure what to do, I just want the tickets I spent $200 on. The obvious fear is the tickets I purchased were not real and I was scammed.

    I purchased 2 tickets for **** ********* back in Dec 2024 for the show in ******* March 18. Today is March 8 and the tickets have not been delivered to my AXS account. Their phone number states to email customer service. I emailed **************** and they were initially responsive but now have all but disappeared. Last response they stated they were going to escalate to the event organizer for an update. The obvious fear is the tickets I purchased were not real and I was scammed.

    On 12/4/24, via the TicketsToday ticketing website, I purchased two (2) single tickets to the **** ********* concert in ******* on 3/18/25 and was charged for the tickets. Tickets supposed to be delivered by 3/4/25. Tickets have not been delivered. Attempted to contact TicketsToday - via email only as they do not have a phone number that takes calls - and was first told it was an AXS issue. Then TicketsToday told me it was a box office (Orchestra Hall in *******) issue. Orchestra **** said to contact ***. AXS over the phone has twice told me TicketsToday never delivered them the tickets and this is 100% TicketsToday's fault. Again, TicketsToday does not have a phone number to reach anyone at. I just want my tickets delivered.

The venue uses AXS and the venue is waiting on *** to distribute the tickets for this show. As of 3/6/2025 the venue is still pending this action. All orders will be delivered prior to the show to the email address used for purchase and claim tickets emails will come from ***. If your tickets are not delivered to your mobile account at least one business day prior to the event, please reach back out to Ticketstoday **************** via email at **************************************************************** and they can mark your order as not received. Not received orders will be handled day of show at the venue.

    I spoke with customer service at AXS and the venue. Ultimately Tickets Today has failed to deposit or deliver the tickets to my AXS account which I want them to do immediately. I actually purchased additional tickets to this event on Stubhub and those are in the *** account. Where are the tickets I purchased 12/5/24?!

    While purchasing presale tickets to a concert event, the site kept crashing and not allowing me to allocate tickets. I was finally able to get two seats reserved and quickly went to the checkout process. Upon completing the transaction, the tickets for an entirely different venue in *******, ** whereas I live in *************. I even had to put my address/location information in prior to checkout. The company was contacted and they refused to give me a refund even though I purchased an additional 4 tickets to the correct venue in ***************. Their only response was that they had a no refund policy even though I did not click on the Chicago venue link. After realizing the wrong tickets were ordered on the receipt screen, then going through the process again to purchase the correct tickets, you will realize the order summary is hidden and must be clicked on prior to checking out. Im sure I did not click on the Chicago link and requesting a full refund in the amount of $273.00. Your site misdirected me into making an incorrect purchase without my knowledge.
