            I received an email about *********************** tickets I purchased 2 tickets for the concert. My tickets were not in my Ticketmaster account. I contacted tickets today about them and they said prior to 2 weeks before the concert I will receive them. I need my tickets now. This seems to be a scam site.             I used their ticket request system through Ticketmaster, and nothing went the way they outlined it would. They charged my card MORE than the maximum they directly quoted me, and did not send me any sort of confirmation email beforehand. There was an hour delay between the charge and any confirmation email, which the Ticketmaster Request FAQ page says should not happen. I understand this is a sort of lottery system, but the instructions that were directly outlined to me were not followed. The loopholes in the system are extremely dishonest, and when I reached out for customer support they were **** and unhelpful. Not sure how pre-authorizing a charge and then being charged MORE than that authorization is even legal.
