    If Sigora were the last solar company on earth, I would find someone to install wind turbines. They are unreliable, deceptive, incompetent, and inattentive. The are late on almost every deliverable, and rarely communicate until you escalate for multiple days or weeks. I wouldnt recommend Sigora to my worst enemy because that would be cruel and unusual punishment. Some high points of the experience:1. They estimated ***** days from contract execution to power generation. In the end it took them nearly 7 months. 2. When I refused to sign off on the installation because they had not fixed code violating issues nor turned on the system, someone on their team decided to falsify the information and initiate the loan payments. 3. After setting a date for inspection nearly a month in advance, with less than 12 hours notice they cancelled and took about her month to reschedule. 4. On average, it takes about 1-2 weeks to get anyone to respond. Then when there is a problem, the scheduler will blame the installer who will blame the seller who will blame the technician who will blame the county. Everyone except the county works for the same company. 5. They left trash everywhere after the installation and it took multiple weeks to get them to come back and fix it. 6. After committing to get someone out to energize the system and demonstrate how to manage it both physically and through the monitoring app, they didnt follow through and then told me to push the power button onthe main power is managed by a 6 long aluminum switch between the main power line and the **** These folks are absolute clowns. Im shocked that BJs even works with them, and even more shocked that they are licensed.

    Sigora does not stand by their product. When they are contacted to rectify a situation they misrepresent the communication that the have with the customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have poor customer service and give you the run around when you try to reach out to them.
