      July 20th 2022 contacted window world to provide an estimate for 2 windows and repair 1. I received a call 2 days later for the estimate. Since then I have call 4 times in regards to the repair of the window( which had been repaired prior to Covid and is broken again).the last 2 phone calls July 28 and I believe the 2nd week in august i was told my service call would be reported to a manager and someone will call me . I have not received a call as of Sept 10th 2022 we have a lifetime warranty for the windows. We have had problems in the past with this company. some time ago after the company person measured and delivered the wrong bay window, it took almost 7 months to receive our refund. This company does not stand by their product nor services!

      Details: A cracked window was installed on 5/18/2022. I was told by Window World that they would order a replacement SASH. It's been 5 months and no response about the replacement sash from window world. I've called about 6 times and I've been repeatedly told there's NO STATUS on the replacement sash. On May 18th 2022, we emailed 2 managers at Window World with pictures of the cracked window. The window crack keeps spreading. We paid about $12,000 for all windows installed. Thank you, Annet L***

      The sash was ordered and with the windows being black leads to a longer delivery date.  On October 18th a member of the customer service staff emailed her that we had received an ETA of 12-21-22 for her sash.  When it is delivered to our warehouse, we will call Ms. L*** and schedule a date and time for us to install.
