      I have been living at my current address for almost 4 years. I waited around all day for a package to be delivered. All of a sudden around 8:30. It said I needed to contact customer service. I contact customer service. They tell me that they need to verify my address and provide them with a gate code. My address was correct and there was no gate code the *** then said that they would retry delivery within 1 to 2 days.When I asked why the delivery was delayed, they said it was because there was no gate code provided even though I live on a public street where there is no gate access I then ask them to just return the package to the sender because I didn't want to deal with their terrible service

      Best Buy Order in *********. The delivery guy threw the package at my door. I have video footage to prove it. FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY!!!

      This is by far the worst logistics company *** ever dealt with. ******* has been delayed for 3 days and no way of contacting the company. There is no customer support, there is no phone number on their website. The company that I made my purchase from has just lost a customer because of this very poor ********************** service.

      This has to be the worst delivery service ever!!! I have been home all day, and app says they have made two, that's 2! delivery attempts. And, to add fuel to the proverbial fire, there is no option to talk to a HUMAN agent!!WalMart...!!! READ the reviews and dump this terrible delivery service!!!!

      Your company is running a scam and double dipping in deliveries. You driver delivered to the wrong apartment completely. The picture showed white apartment mine is blue. Filed complaint with you company and did not hear anything for over a week. When you did reply you stated you could not find package and contact Chewy. So yall got paid for the misdelivery and got paid to deliver again. That is a scam. When delivered again in 19th there were no issues. Ontrac has delivered to me many times.

      They will not deliver my package even though I am home, I put a note on the door to leave it on a chair, or call me if they need me to come to the door, but instead they just won't deliver.

      They have the worst delivery service! Chewy uses them for deliveries and the first time, they took one week to bring my order. They take the whole day just to deliver. Been home all day today and are so late. I have two hours to get my order.

      I've had so many packages from this 3rd party delivery service go missing. I had ordered a pricey birthday gift for my son and the company used OnTrac. Well, luckily for me they "driver", (just some random person using their own vehicle) did deliver my package. Unfortunately, the driver was too lazy to deliver other people's packages to their proper condos at our complex, and dumped everyone else's packages at my doorstep. Five other people would have been missing their packages if I had been an unscrupulous person. I reached out to our *** president and he and I delivered everyone else's packages. He said that OnTrac dumps packages all the time. They dump them outside of the clubhouse next to the garage can or condos that are empty and have obvious for sale sign. OnTrac shouldn't pay the driver, but us customers that are honest enough to deliver the packages where they should go. Companies using OnTrac would be better off using ****. P.S-Don't try and contact OnTrac. You will be met with a phone number that doesn't ring and get the run around on their website.

      WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!! Placed one order with a retailer which resulted in two shipments. Neither shipment was delivered to me, I have no idea where they were delivered to and they could only say they do not know where it was delivered. Are you kidding me??? A+ my A$$.

      *************** My same order has been delayed twice with no reason. I contacted customer service, and they are not helping at all. When I asked if there was anything they could do to ensure I could receive my order, the customer, ********, told me she would forward this information to the delivery facility, and she had finished her steps at that moment.
