      ********* Final Mile did a fine job keeping me informed with my bed purchase delivery and expert setup. Great guys that were all business in getting it right and filling their many orders in a timely matter for certain. Highly recommend!

      I was very unhappy. im disabled and need the bed a certain height so I can transfer into bed from my wheelchair. after asking to take extenders off so mattress was leveled to my thigh, it was then lower than my seat. I had to beg for one of the extenders to be put on and the worker rolled his eyes and looked away and I said ok I won't ask again and went in kitchen and started to cry. they also showed up 45 minutes after the 4 hour schedule. Never felt so much silent hostility.first time doing white glove service and will be my last time. I would not recommend and I will warn my disabled community of this awful experience.

      The delivery guys did a great job in setting up our Nectar bed and mattresses, and they did it on a holiday, which is huge. They had to lug these heavy boxes up a flight of stairs and assemble them, they looked winded, but they did an excellent job, and they had to seat them in the bed frame that was already there. Amazing work, 11/10, would recommend!

      The package we ordered has been sitting in their facility waiting on local delivery for 14 days now. We were supposed to get a call for scheduling yesterday but that didnt happen. I would never use this shipping company unless you dont want your product with any speed.

      I have read some of the reviews and maybe my experience is not the norm or perhaps NSD has heard the customer complaints and have started to make a change. We received an email with a proposed delivery date and times which we accepted. We did receive a call approximately 30 minutes before arrival and our furniture was received when expected. The delivery personnel were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They answered all my questions concerning the terms of acceptance for the goods. We were very pleased with the service.

      NSD, NonStopDelivery should be known as No Show Delivery!!!I had a heavy item I purchased from ******,Shipped freight with NSD,Arrived in my home town 12 days ago,Took them a few days to schedule my delivery to my house, scheduled for 8 days out, Received a message Monday at 0600 that item was out for delivery that Monday between *********, so I took the morning off, NSD was a no show, no call, message, nothing (per Amazon they would give me a courtesy call 30 minutes in advance to be sure I was home to receive and sign for my item)I then about 1200 received a text from NSD theyd be delivering my item between 230 and 630, again no call, text or anything from NSD. I did the online chat with their customer service team, I was told my ********************** would be delivered by 800 pn, again no show, NOTHING but crickets!Did another cust serv Tuesday morning. Was told this time theyd deliver between 1200 and 300 Friday, Guess what, NOTHING!!!Cust chat again, was told today between 330 and 630,Waited patiently, again.And again NOTHING!!!CD allows ****** customer service, explained the issue in great detail, was told Saturday, said I cant do Saturday, out of town, can do Sunday though, was told be ****** it would be Sunday for sure.Well, here it is Sunday and guess what! NOTHING!!!*** Im done, flaming mad, cancelling the order and insisting on a refund!If only I could recoup the nearly $1000 of lost wages sitting at home waiting on No Show Delivery to arrive!

      Very disappointed in this company, I paid to have the couch bed delivered and put together and they delivered it on my driveway but would not take in the house to put together. I had to beg the workers to bring it in the house because there was no way of doing it myself. I had to find someone to help me get all the packaging and cardboard off and set it up.

      The delivery was good. Received in great time because I did have another appointment so it gave me plenty of time. The guy took out the old mattress. The whole experience was great.
