I placed an order through ****** and it was delivered by NSD. They took a picture but did not notify Amazon of the delivery. When I unwrapped the item it was damaged. Because they have not notified Amazon of the delivery, I cannot return or replace the item.Business Response

I had a delivery scheduled for December ******* of a recliner I purchased from **************** that was a Christmas present for my husband. Took the day off of work to sit home as they said delivery between 8am and 8 pm. Never showed, no contact so Monday December 23 I get an email that delivery will be that day between 10am and 2 pm. Great I cant take another day off so I have my daughter go to my house to wait. The delivery driver calls me around 11;45 they are 10 minutes away ok great. I get a call from my daughter your delivery is here but its not a recliner its a freezer! I call the driver back tell him he says let me see what happened and Ill call you back. Never called instead he shows up takes the freezer back and tells my daughter Ill deliver the chair tomorrow. Well they never showed, marked my package as being delivered and now I have nothing. Im so upset this company ruined my Christmas by not having my husbands Christmas gift here and now Im having to fight with the company I purchased from to get my money back for something I never received. Im so upset that a delivery service Can do this kind of stuff. Cant get a hold of anyone at the company and when I tried to contact the driver that delivered the wrong item I get no answer!Business Response

Order placed on 3/14/2024 at 1240 PM. Item was Liberty Ridgecrest 5 Drawer Chest, paid 283 dollars in shipping freight costs. Item cost was ******, to be paid bi-weekly. I have been trying to return an item to ********** for more than 2 weeks. This company was supposed to schedule a pickup of the item to return it. I never got a call or email to schedule a pickup. I did receive a call from a driver who was 20 minutes from my house, but I was at work and the item in question was in my garage due to the inclement weather. I was told by the driver that dispatch would contact me to schedule a time to pick up the item. More than a week later and despite numerous emails, phone calls, and chats (where I spoke to a very rude rep), no one has contacted me and no one is willing to escalate the problem. Even ********** has been unable to get in touch with them to resolve this issue. I cannot get my refund until this item is returned. Given that it weights 300 lbs, I cannot load it in my car and return it myself. I would appreciate someone contacting me in a timely manner to schedule this return pick up.Business Response
