    We had a flood in our neighborhood and could not get trash picked up so i called the company to get a rescheduled day. When I spoke with a customer service representative from this company he said they would not send anybody back until next weeks pickup. I told them this was unacceptable. I had just paid them and they were supposed to provide the service I paid for. They said they wouldn't, so since it was in bad faith, I would like to cancel the service and asked for a refund. At first the gentleman said I can get that processed for you minus a $20 cleaning fee. I told him that was perfectly fine. Then he said he had to speak with someone. He came back on the phone and backtracked, telling me he couldn't process the refund. I had not had a pickup since i paid. This seemed illegal to me.

    Due to severe weather conditions, and flooding. We were not able to provide service to the entire area. All customers were informed we would collect all extra material the following week, due to being unable to provide service. The department manager will contact the customer regarding canceling services.

    I have had Evergreen disposable trash service for quite a few years now. I pay every 3mos thru my ************* online bill payment. This past month I sent them a payment of $111.54 on October 13th, that was delivered and sent electronically. Since then they have been repeatedly calling and threatening to send me to collections for a missed payment. When I called the company and explained that I had made a payment they said they would need proof of my payment through my bank. So I had the manager of ********  *************************** send an email with an attachment of proof of the transaction and that it had been delivered and received by Evergreen. Upon receiving the email from my bank they said that wasn't enough information and they would need my bank account number. I told them I would not be sending them my bank account number. I felt they were trying to scam me out of my account. I told them if they needed any more information they could contact my bank manager because I had given them exactly what info they needed. Since then they have turned off my services and keep sending threatening voicemails that they are sending me to collections. I have been a loyal and reliable customer that has always made my payments and now they are treating me as if I won't pay my bill which was a mistake that they had made on their end. Please help resolve this!

    I have spoken with the customer. We had a 3-way call with her bank. The payment that was issued was never received by Evergreen. They are to be remitting a new payment, to restore service.

    The bill has been resolved, there was a miscommunication between the bank and Evergreen with an online check that was lost. You can take down my complaint.  Thank you.

    This complaint is being filed on behalf of the ********** *********************** (HOA) located in ******* County, **. The ********** HOA continues to receive numerous complaints from homeowners about the trash company, Evergreen Disposal, **** coming to pick up trash at 5;00 am, sometimes earlier on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. This is not the first complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding the noise which is a nuisance to the homeowners. According to the ******* County, ** Division 2: Code of Ordinances and Resolutions/Part II: General Legislation; Chapter 260: Noise Control - the noise ordinance is between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., local time. Please be reminded that all homeowners should be allowed to enjoy the peace and quiet of their property. On behalf of all residents, the ********** HOA is requesting that Evergreen Disposal, **** respect and adhere to the ******* County, ** noise ordinance so no further action is required. We are hoping that this matter will be resolved as quickly as possible and would like to request an update, in writing via email on any resolutions to correct this matter.

    We apologize for the early service. At that time, it was a sub driver on route. The route has been reviewed, with the regular, and sub drivers. Moving forward a truck should not be in the area before 7AM.

    I am rejecting this response because:  To date, this continues to happen and have been continuously happening for quite sometime.  This is not the first complaint regarding this business and the time they arrive in the morning.  The business continues to disregard the ******* County Noise Ordinance after numerous complaints.  As a HOA, we have the responsibility to ensure that we do our part to make the community a pleasant place to live.  If this continues the next steps will be going to the County to see what penalties, charges, and/or fees can be billed to Evergreen Disposal for noncompliance of County rules.

    I am rejecting this response because:  This is false and incorrect information.  The truck continues to come to the Sun ****** Estates neighborhood prior to 7:00 am.  This week the *** received another complaint from one of the residents.  The trucks are on cameras that shows the time they come.  They have started to come later than 5:00 am but still come between 6:00 and 6:30 am.  The *** is asking that Evergreen Disposal Services adhere to ******* County, ** noise ordinance.  It is our responsibility to ensure that our residents are able to live comfortably in their homes and not be disturbed every Tuesday and Friday by a loud trash truck that you can hear a mile away.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The trash truck continues to come between 5:30 am - 6:00 am on Tuesdays and Fridays.  They refuse to follow the ******* County Noise Ordinance policies.  The *** still continues to receive complaints about the early morning noise made by the trash truck.  It appears they're not taking responsibility and we keep going back and forth.  The *** will contact the ******* County ********************** to report this business as well as next steps.
