  ********* SALES PRACTICES. ******. This company came to my home when I was not here and pressured my girlfriend into providing information for them. SHE STATED THAT SHE IS NOT THE HOMEOWNER AND CANNOT MAKE THOSE DECISIONS. Yet 2 weeks later trash bins show up at my house and after being hung up on by their customer service when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, they were willing to only drop the "cancelation fee" down to $40 from $******* THEIR REVIEWS ON BBB, another person filed a complaint that the sales *** pressured their 14 year old son into accepting services, then forced them to pay a cancelation. Regardless of their services, their sales practices are unethical and they should be held responsible. If they come to your door, don't be tricked into their scheme.

  This business is trying to increase business in my neighborhood. My 14 year old son answered the door when their sales guys came by, since I was on a work call. The sales guy kept talking to my son about how great the service is and the decrease in cost. Ultimately he bullied a child into signing up for service. Completely unethical.

  They won't give you a credit for the days when they don't pick up your trash on a regular basis. They constantly lie and say they are going to get your trash the following day. They always say they are behind schedule every single day when they don't pick up the trash. Evergreen Disposal is a total epic failure. Don't fall for all their constant excuses for not providing trash pickup services. Just call and they will leave you on hold for an hour, so it must be that I'm not the only person who is experiencing this problem because of all the other people calling to complain about their company's worthless business practices & leaving you the one holding the bag?? for weeks until they decide when they and where they try to will dispose of your trashcan.

  Evergreen Trash is just that "TRASH". They leave behind more trash than they collect. I am putting together a group to vote them out of our Community and NOT RENEW their contract for the up coming year. "Springhaven West HOA"
  
  With the input we have thus far, I can pretty much guarantee their contract WILL NOT BE RENEWED!

  Where to start ..we first had pickup twice aweek then we went to 1day no price change . So one less day more cost less work more money for them But we could have an extra can .
  Next problem we paid for 3 months during that time we sold our house and canceled the account
  This left money on our account which they told us they would not prorated the bill
  Second time they have take taken more money
  And now they want $40 to recondition the cans one of which was cracked since we got it will not use the money that was left

  If I could leave less than One Star I would.
  This is what I wrote to Charles County complaint dept.
  I have repeatedly contacted Evergreen Disposal every time they come through the neighborhood before they should. Today, March 24th they arrived at 6:11am. I have told them constantly that they are not obeying the noise ordinance rules that govern the area until 7am. I hope I am not the only person complaining about this issue. I have also reached out to my Association but they do not monitor or enforce these rules. I have also contacted the Police Dept. about this also but get the same response. Please...I appreciate my sleep and hate when it is compromised by these loud fools coming this early in the morning. I am contacting Evergreen after I leave this message to you. I hope we can find an answer to reconditioning there people to arrive after 7am? I suggested a series of fines to the driver and crew every time they come before 7am.

  I’m giving 1 star because that is the lowest I can give, this is the worst trash service ever!!!!!!!!!!! I have not been with this company for 3 months yet and the missed picking up my trash 4 times, and have the nerve to be the highest in cost but have the poorest service. Whom ever is checking these reviews let me be the 1st to say y’all fucking suck!!!!!

  Unfortunately there’s no option to give them zero stars. I have had nothing but trouble with their service from day one. From missed pick ups to upping their charges every bill. I made a payment on my acct and the same day they removed my cans. I received a vm from them stating it was a mistake and to call to have them brought back. I called and was told I needed to pay a $40 charge to have them brought back. I told them it was their mistake and I wasn’t paying that. Called back hoping to speak to someone else and the girl put me on hold several times to speak to a manager and still told I needed to pay $40 to have them brought back even though it was their mistake for taking them in the first place. Horrible customer service. Regret even doing business with them. If you are looking for service do yourself a favor and choose someone else. Evergreen is a nightmare.
