    On 1/12/2022 My spouse and I bought a used vehicle. During our initial test drive the vehicle would shake, however the sales team stated that they would repair the issue and we could return later in the day to make the purchase. When preforming the second test drive after repairs were made, the shaking had still been present. However happy with the vehicle my wife and I continued the purchase with a signed "YOU OWE/WE OWE" contract stating the dealership would repair the shaking issue after our purchase of $36,356.28 for the vehicle. The following day I decided to take my vehicle to a local ASE Certified repair facility near my work to have a better idea what the issue may be. Upon their inspection, the Master Technician was able to determine that the tires were the cause of the shaking due to the tread separating and the tires being out of round. The following week, Wednesday 1/19/2022 I had a scheduled and appointment with the Dealerships repair shop to ensure the vehicle shaking would be repaired. Once arriving to the repair shop, I had found out the vehicle would not be unable to be looked at until potentially Monday. Which then forced me to obtain a rental vehicle so that I would be able to make my travels to and from work for the following days. I received a call from the shop on Thursday 1/20/2022 stating there was no issue found and no repairs were needed. Confused by the statement I decided to go on a test drive with the technician at the dealership so explain the shaking that is noticeable. The technician did notice the issue and stated that the shocks are the cause of the shaking and the damage to the tires. However, when expressing this to the Service Advisor, the dealership continued to state that there was no present problems and no further action would be performed. After taking the vehicle back home I went to get a 3rd opinion from another repair facility. Their findings were the same as the local one to my work, that the tires are in fact the issue.

    I traded in a vehicle and put $3000 down in order to get a Tesla I was told that the loan was approved however there are some people work issues that was not my fault. It was issues both on the dealerships and and also the financial institutions I had to go in and sign my paperwork three different times in the span of over a month and because it was over 30 days they had to re-pull my credit obviously with paying off my trade-in and using $3000 from some credit lines of credit that I had my credit utilization of my credit score did take a little bit of a hit and they were not able to continue with the approval after about two months I was given the option to either go into a different vehicle that I was not interested in at all or take the Tesla back and leave with no vehicle as they had already sold my trade-in and they were not able or not willing to give me my $3000 that I put down previously so they were able to make money both on my trade-in and they are going to make money on the Tesla plus they took my $3000 down that I put and I left withWith a bunch of credit inquiries and also no vehicle and they are not willing to help me whatsoever and we parted ways this is the worst company that I have ever purchased a vehicle from and I am wanting to report them for bad communication and not being ethical and straightforward with her customers or being professional in any regard or showing any type of customer service and empathy they are just meant about making money and they are scams do not ever go to Murdock Chevrolet in Woods Cross

    With this customer, we had an approval pending review and stipulations. The financial institution we used is and was way backed up in their funding department. When they were reviewing his packet in funding they requested that the names on the contracts be swapped. We have had this request before. Often, they have made adjustments internally and it's funded without a problem. In this case they needed them swapped and resigned. Through this process we didn't get the deal funded before the approval expired. the bank told us to resubmit it and get a new approval. We did that and for whatever reason their credit scores had dropped dramatically. The bank wouldn't reapprove the deal. We couldn't get it approved anywhere else. They traded an Audi A4. We gave them $6608 for trade. They still owed $11,500. Leaving a difference of $4892. The $3000 down payment that was applied to payoff of the trade. The $1892 difference was still owed. Our general manager told the customer he would pay the $1892 on their behalf for the troubles and issues. We did have another option they could exchange for that the bank would approve but they only wanted a Tesla. We didn't charge anything for miles driven on the Tesla while they had it or a cleaning or restocking fee. We tried our best to help as much as possible.
