5 starsI received my container exactly as described and on time. I got a one tripper and it was like brand new. The driver was exceptional. I needed it placed very precisely on some concrete pads at each corner and he backed in and dropped it within an inch of where I needed it. I shopped around and this was cheapest I found. I would recommend to anyone looking for a container.USA Containers

5 stars**** and ****** were great! They werent happy until I was with placement of my 6 units in very difficult heavily forested location. They knew exactly how to back up and drop the units. Will definitely use again.USA Containers

1 starPurchased a shipping container from them and scheduled delivery. Late on the date of delivery, I receive a call from their shipper saying they would be unable to make the delivery and the delivery would be rescheduled for the following day. Day 2 I get a call in the morning from the shipper stating they would be unable to deliver (90 minute drive time from the location of the container to my location). I inform the shipper this is unacceptable to lose 2 days of my business when they cancel on me. I attempt to contact US Container and my sales representative also requested that I get a call. US Container refuses to call me, only the shipper calls me saying they will attempt delivery before 6:00. I finally get a call from US Container after I tell the shipper that I have not heard from US Container regarding any compensation for 2 days lost revenue. I finally cancelled the order when US Container refused to agree to $50 compensation for delays.USA Containers

5 starsExceptional friendly service, from start to finish! They communicated with me throughout the whole transaction, ***** was courteous and professional, procuring me the color I wanted at a competitive price with a military discount! The delivery was spot on, very nice driver, who went out of his way to be sure the container was placed in the proper area. Now the container! What can I say, its better than I expected! It came equipped with bug resistant ventilation, grease fitting hinges, patented easy open door lever and reinforced plywood floors. Finally a company that delivers above expectations on both product and customer support. A++USA Containers

5 starsThis place is legit. There are sooo many container dealers I was afraid of getting scammed. The whole process was very easy. I was even able to get the color of container that I wanted ( slate grey ). From ordering online to the time it was delivered was 1 week to the day. Communication was excellent.
