  Sept 18, 2024 I used ********** in my search for someone to help landscape our back yard. **** ****** the owner of First Class Landscaping came right over and made a good presentation which resonated with my wife and me. In a few days his crew came and completed our agreed upon design. There was a problem with one of the tubes in the drip system and the next day someone came to fix it. We were very pleased but then the water feature stopped functioning properly and when I tried to contact **** and First Class landscaping, I was unable to get a response and now many of the plants he installed have died. After sending several text messages **** responded that my water feature was guaranteed and there was a problem with the pump. It has now been over sixty days since we have had any contact with the company and I am convinced that is the last I will hear from him. **** is a smooth talker and I caution anyone to not trust him to guarantee anything.

  We met with the owner of this business and agreed upon work to remove bushes and put down rock. We paid the amount in full. Two young men showed up for under six hours for two days. They left a trailers worth of debris and we never saw them again. They did not complete the job. They did not, put down rock. We sent several texts and phone calls. We were told in mid July that there was a miscommunication and a refund would be issued. It is almost September and no refund has been issued.

  I would like to share my experience with First Class Landscaping, based in ****************. We received a bid from them on May 21, 2024, for a 50-foot brick wall and a flagstone walkway. We were informed that if we accepted the bid, work would begin on June 17th as they were coordinating four home projects simultaneously. We accepted the bid and provided a 50% deposit, which cleared our bank May 22. We received no further communication from the company. My husband attempted to contact **** via text regarding the scheduling of Blue Stakes but received no response. Our neighbors, who were also expecting work to begin, had not heard anything either. Despite the agreed-upon start date of June 17th, no work was initiated, and there was no communication from the company.As of June 28th, having still received no communication, I left a voice message inquiring about the start date of our project and requested an update. On June 29th, one of our neighbors, frustrated by the lack of response, confronted **** at his home. **** claimed he had spoken to me, which was untrue; he had only listened to my voicemail. He refunded our neighbor's deposit on the spot.**** later texted me, requesting the amount of our deposit to ensure its prompt return. When I asked if he was canceling our contract, he explained that a family emergency had caused delays but assured me they would start on July 2nd. Despite his assurances, on the morning of the scheduled start date, **** informed me via text that he would be returning our deposit instead, citing the unfairness of continued delays.I requested to meet him to retrieve our deposit. Eventually, I received a text from another number with a picture of a check made out to me. I asked to pick it up in person but was informed it had already been mailed. As of July 6th, we had not received the check.Our two neighbors are also still waiting for any communication regarding their projects since the original bids on May 21st.

  Do not use this company. ********************* did our front and back yard. They actually laid sod over concrete!! Installed wrong sprinklers in the back. Palm trees did not come from ***** but just a nearby nursery. Instead of 7ft high they are about 4ft. Back yard is pretty much dead. Weve called, text, left messages. **** says h*** get back to **.. he does not! We now have to remove the back yard grass, change out sprinklers and lay new sod.

  I first contracted with this company March 17, with work to be completed April 17. The job was not completed as agreed. I have pictures of what the job to was to look like upon completion. They have full payment, over $5000, but have continued to put me off. When I called, the response was always next week, next week, next week. It has now been over six weeks and they will not answer or return phone calls. I have given them every opportunity to finish the work. I didn't get what I paid for.
