    On July 20, 2023, we hired Ryan D***** from First Class Landscaping to install an Outdoor Kitchen. Total cost was $6900.00. We wrote a check to First Class Landscaping for $2500.00 and submitted it to Ryan D***** to begin the job. After many attempts to get the work started, Ryan D***** and Zac G******* showed up on April 5, 2024, and started the job. We submitted another $3,000.00 to Ryan D*****. After several weeks of not hearing from them, Zac G******* informed us that Ryan D***** had “skipped town” taking many of his clients money with him. Zac G******* agreed to complete the job. We gave Zac G******* $4000.00 as the next step to purchase the parts so he could complete the job. It is now July 29, 2024, and we have not heard from him. We are very interested in filing a claim against both Ryan D***** and Zac G******* to recoup the money we have lost due to them taking our money, and not providing the services they promised.

    I signed contract 3/18/2024 with work to be completed by 4/17/24.
    I have a couple issues:

    The existing streambed was supposed to be refreshed with contrasting rock. I have pictures he sent me in an email as as an example. There is no contrast in streambed.

    The area around the water feature was not completely covered with rock. I have pictures that show the exposed lining.

    Several places in the yard have exposed weed barrier.

    There is a orange extension cord over the top of my sidewalk that powers the water feature.

    I have repeatedly called with a promise of next week, next week, next week. The company will not answer my emails or voice messages. I have the history of communication on emails and dates that I called and left messages with no response.

    I will add photos of the work they did and also a couple photos of what was promised as far as streambed contrast.

    We went under contract with First Landscaping in July 2023. We made a 7k depsoit for them to do work at our house for the front and back yard. They never finished the project and do not return phone calls or messages. They keep saying they are going to do something and they have not resolved anything and it has now been 3-4 months. We paid for a dedicated line to our garden box area ($750) and they never had that installed. We paid for a putting green area around our tramp and it is sinking and the hole containers that hold the balls are not flush and pop out of their hole. The turf is also separating. We have an unfinshed fireplace that never got done. We have dying grass and broken sprinklers.
