On 04/23/21 Rick A****** wrote an estimate for our new car that was rear ended on the side of the road. The car had only 9,208 miles on it. We took pictures before it left to their shop. They were asked to look at the rear axle and suspension. The tire was pushed forward out of place in the collision. When the car came back it seemed to drive ok. Several months down the road we noticed a weird sound while driving. We looked under the car to see nothing dragging. I noticed that the tires were bald and one of them had metal cords hanging out. I knew that wasn't good so we took it back to the repair shop. We asked for a Manger. I believe it was Rick that came out. I told him I was very frustrated and angry. He told me to watch what I say because he will give it right back to me. I explained I was very frustrated to be back here dealing with this again almost a year later and how could you miss something so odvious and important. You could have killed somebody if those tires blew on the freeway. We looked in the estimate and they didn't even align the car or check the suspension. We told them we need another rental car. He said that they would charge this back to the insurance company again and we went to talk to the rental car company next door. He didn't apologize for anything and made excuses. When I asked how could this happen I could see a problem there and I don't do this for a living. He told me that people aren't perfect, took our key and went inside. We left in another car we brang. The new car only has 14,000 miles on it now. The tires are completely worn out and one is about ready to fall apart. There needs to be some accountability for this. We are consulting our attorneys to see what is the next best option.
