  Took my 2014 dodge Durango to be fixed. A/C started blowing hot air and radio needs to be replaced because it needs an update. Couple more thing that needs fixing dealership recommended. Total came out to be $6,000 bayshore dodge tried to charge me. I was told *********** would pay for repairs under warranty . But was later denied the repairs because Ive hit ****** miles on my truck. Kornerstone told bayshore that warranty wouldve paid for repair if my truck would have been on ****** miles. Worst company ever and liars. I refused service at bayshore dodge as soon as I found out that Kornerstone would not pay for repairs. I was so ****** when I had to pay the diagnostic fee of $600 for the dealership to release my truck. Definitely will be getting a lawyer, I havent even made a year yet in this vehicle and I purchased it at ****** miles. Makes no sense at all

  Avoid like the plague, covered items are only paid at a prorated rate, not the industry standard You cant use a *** shop as told by the selling dealership Diagnostic tests are not covered, nor is any issues that arise if you continue to drive the vehicle, once a check engine light comes on From the consumers side they claim that yes its covered, but once the repair shop calls for authorization the games begin about why it isnt covered let alone why the repair isnt completely covered

  Not really a reputable company. We bought a used car three years ago (little more than one year old and about ***** miles) from a big box dealership and purchased what we were told was a top of the line bumper to bumper warranty. We had to have a parking module replaced less than a year into ownership. Now, that same module has gone bad again 2 1/2 years later. The dealership has said since it was this long ago, it is not covered under their warranty. Now, Kornerstone has refused to pay most of the bill claiming that since they already paid for it once, they do not have to do it again, but will cover less than half of the bill out of "kindness". Nearly every warranty work needed on this car (2019 GMC Acadia Denali) for the last three years, has resulted in this warranty company refusing or not wanting to cover what we paid for in the warranty.

  A flat tire and bent wheel from a pothole is exactly the kind of situation I thought Kornerstone would cover. Instead, they denied my claim. I do not recommend them.

  Terrible ! They find diff ways to charge you extra money ! They told me I had to pay $650 for my balance , now telling me I owe over $900 dollars and keep charging my account weekly ! I already paid a them $511 now they are saying I owe them over $900 ! Do not go to them ! They fine any way they can to charge you ! Stay away from them
