    I WAS TRYING TO FIND A MOVING COMPANY FOR MY MOVE FROM ****** TO **********. THEY RESPONDED FIRST TO MY INQUIRY. I PAID THEM A DEPOSIT THRU TEXT, THE MORE I INQUIRED ABOUT THEM, I PANICKED AND ASKED FOR MY $ BACK.I DON'T THINK THAT WILL HAPPEN.I'LL DO WHATEVER I CAN TO GET MY $ BACK TOO MANY RED FLAGS

    Well as of today it's been 67 days and still have not received our belongings Wrote a review a few days ago they say they can not find any records on us well that's a lie, they need to search ******* *****, Mesa Az to Columbus Nebr They have all of our furniture, a $15000.00 Snap On Tool Box (blue) with thousands of dollars worth of tools ******* is a mechanic by trade for at least ***** years, Pittboss grill, Ninja air fryer plus multiple other things plus my deceased daughters personal things I kept and a big picture of her that I always had hanging on a wall these are things I can never replace of my babygirl Everyday I break down crying as I am right now just writing this about my ****** *** We are both seniors and what Loyal Moving and Storage has done to us is concidered elderly abuse, theft and fraud We have talk to ******** numerous times and get one lie after another 3 times we were the truck broke down then we are told our belongings are in storage then told its in ******** the truck broke down and is being repaired can't remember the town its something like ********** at the shop being repaired Well low and behold ******* called this shop and the owner Sterling told ******* they had no Loyal moving truck there from ******************* just another lie from ******** that works for Loyal Moving and gets this as of a few minutes ago the truck left ******** from where it was just 7.5 hours to ************* where we are living now and went all the way to ********** then will head our way how stupid is that Just another lie from ******** of Loyal Moving and Storage in ******************* I am such a basket case right now I have no idea of what to do Just want the belongings and my babygirls personal things and her picture That's all I have left of her Never ever use this moving company
