      In August of 2023 I filed a Request for Mortgage Assistance. For NINE MONTHS they have hit me with dozens of requests for additional information - all of which I complied with. Six months after I first filed they said the information was out of date and I had to redo every form and refile everything so it was current - which I did. I suspect their underwriting department has no intention of ever granting anyone mortgage assistance. They are either liars or incompetent. They have hit me with the SAME request for information on 3-4 issues over and over and even though I have complied and uploaded the information multiple times they just circle back and start rejecting the *** all over again with the same issue needing clarification. I have spoke with their customer service dozens of times over the past nine months and nobody in underwriting or customer service ever reads the transcript of my prior calls so it starts all over again. I can't speak with underwriting and their customer service reps say they can't either. I even sent them a letter on advice of my attorney asking for a transcript of our conversation since the beginning and they said they wouldn't comply and my attorney would have to contact their attorney about it. My only option at this point is to engage with an attorney to legally demand the information and prove that they are liars and have no intention of granting mortgage relief. Has anyone ever received mortgage relief from these incompetent liars? Anyone know of a class action attorney taking action against this company?

      Worst company ever! My loan was paid off 2 weeks ago in full. They call numerous times a day stating I am late. I called one week ago to verify that that they received my payment and they confirmed receipt of the payment. Yet, the calls keep coming. I have asked them not to call, I have sent certified letters asking them not to call. They have broken every "Do not call" law on the books. This company is a predator at best. God help you if you fall on hard times. This company will take your home and have no shame about it. Write your local congress person if you are having challenges with this corrupt company.

      They are not looking out for fraud in my case I told them was the case I received no paperwork they sent said paperwork to ***** ** ****** *** ******* *** instead of ***** ********* **. where I live. I have requested paperwork of transfer from Wells Fargo and and all documentation from their files. I have received neither especially when you I owe you $87,900 for a house that I don't live in .The person who's name name being used is Diane K***** who I know is that dead. These people got my name when I was helping my father take care of my mom who had cancer and who was going through kimo and radiation therapy to treat her cancer. They bought 2 cars in my name one a Mercedes and the other Ford vehicle. She also took out loans in the amount of $5,000 . Plus she has ordered things from a catalog in the amount of over $3,000. She has done lots of things which I will report.to my bank again. If I have no luck there I will see your services to get things resolved.

      I’ve made multiple attempts to pay my balance off in full the payment is accepted and applied and never updated on site causing a big confusion and calling to speak to someone is a waste of time . Nobody knows anything about Anything and I constantly get disconnected and nobody calls back . Spoke to one manager and he never called me back after assuring he would get to the bottom of my issues. I feel a Federal investigation is needed . Because it seems like a scam company

      This company is trying to make it where the disabled loose their home. My mother's mortgage was originally through BB&T/Truist Bank and was moved to this company a few years back. In the beginning everything was and as normal until a year ago. SPS went and paid my mother's back property taxes, in which she had an agreement with the local county tax office due to her being disabled and a widow. She made her payments every month as she promised to the local county tax office. One month she went in to pay and the balance was zero. We found out that SPS broke her agreement and added this amount onto her mortgage. Her mortgage went from 650 a month to close to ******* a month. She has requested a hardship in July of 2023 and nothing has been resolved yet. They keep asking for the same information over and over. They are taking advantage of the disabled and trying to steal their property. This needs to stop. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions!!! How can someone who had a hardship in place prior to this company taking over pay ******* a month when they only receive *******. I have proof and email correspondence from this company.

      Researching the process on how to start a class action suit against this company. They are the worst ever. No interest whatsoever to help resolve issues.

      My loan for a rental Condo in ******* transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing (***) in September 2023. Property Taxes (which were escrowed and transferred to ***) were supposed to be paid in November. *** has NOT yet paid the property taxes despite my having 21 recorded phone calls with **************** Representatives, Supervisors, Managers and Ombudspersons. Plus I have received 7 computer generated acknowledgements of them receiving my emails. All of which indicate that they will get back to me promptly. It is now March 2024, and I have not received the promised resolution in over four months for something as simple as them forwarding the money that I paid them to the property tax authorities. Meanwhile, the property tax folks in ******* basically have me listed as being delinquent in paying the property taxes. Obviously, the *** folks are grossly understaffed or are trained to dissemble.

      Can I give them Zero stars? This is the worst mortgage company I have worked with. They bought our mortgage and now have increased our escrow payments close to $500 without our insurance or taxes increasing! When confronted with this SPS tried to talk in circles and confuse us and have us give up this conversation. Absolutely mind-boggling. We have requested a complete document of our payments vs their charges and I am awaiting this information while holding my breath.
