    I want to share my experience with the excellent service I received from Lei through the company Fleetsmarts. From the very beginning, Lei helped me secure a discounted fuel card, set up a line of credit, and switch our businesss factoring. Honestly, working with Fleetsmarts has been a great decision, and I highly recommend their services.

    At first there was a small misunderstanding, but Fleetsmarts quickly cleared it up and showed me how their service really works. Their agreement is simple and transparent with no hidden fees, and support is always available when I need it. Payments are on time every time, and the fuel card, advances, and credit line make running my business much easier.     My experience with Fleetsmarts has been terrible. Fleetsmarts called my business wanting information the next day after our business has been filed with the Secretary of State. I talked with ******* on the phone talking about what Fleetsmarts offers then ******* added a lady on the phone talking about fuel cards. The lady then asked about a future credit line for a fuel card, she puts *** filing in the question when asking about a credit line without me saying yes or no and having my signature on any documentation. Fleetsmarts then put a *** filing against my company on the first day. Fleetsmarts has my company in a bind to where I can't factor where I want to. My husband and I both talked with ******* on the phone a week later trying to offer us a percentage and fuel cards. Then yesterday we asked ******* to send us a LOR and he still has not done it yet. This company is ridiculous to work with. Companies like Fleetsmarts put a nasty taste in my mouth.
