    I've been a Daz Studio user since around April of 2021. Like so many others, I've recently become the victim of Daz Studio's predatory business practices. **************** *should* be designed to help customers solve issues they cannot otherwise resolve by themselves where the product is concerned. In my case, it was upgrading from a 3 month subscription to a 1 year subscription to Daz+. The *** was capable of taking my money for the upgrade, but didn't change the *duration* of my membership. Daz Studio feels justified in keeping 9 months worth of membership fees because they're incapable of properly programming the *** -- which a Paypal representative assured me is possible, and is reflected in the fact that I've never had any issues changing other subscriptions from companies such as ************* ***'s response to my request for assistance in fixing this issue was to shrug their shoulders, tell me I'd better cancel the subscription in Paypal, and oh, by the way, it's non-refundable. But, they kept my money AND refused to reinstate the remainder of my paid membership, despite the fact that *I* didn't request a refund. I asked for help with an issue they've helped to perpetuate. I didn't expect my money back. I understand there are no refunds for Daz+ membership. However, I did expect the remainder of my membership--the time which I paid for--to be reestablished. Daz does not care about their customers. They care about profit, and they will put it above customer experience every time.

    I've been trying to get product support for three product installers that simply won't work... the ticket for this was submitted 55 days ago now and is still awaiting an initial response. Lacking any response, I have managed to go through the installer myself, and have even pointed out where the4 problem is in the ticket notes... but again, no response.I decided to try calling to get someone to tell me how to get support. Most of their publicly listed numbers are disconnected. The only one that does respond contains a message saying you can submit support requests on-line, and then disconnects. Very helpful!This is following similar support experiences over the last six months where responses usually took ~7 weeks. I've been a customer long enough to remember when their service would make this a five star review. Sadly, right now, one star is much too high for what they are delivering.
