    I had issues with the Daz Studio program. It glitched during a render and deleted the entire Scenes and My Folder contents. I requested help and completed the appropriate forms to receive a ticket on 6-3-24. No one has responded. I reinstalled the program and discovered I had to reinstall 6000+ files. I tried doing this using the DIM which wouldn't install anything. I requested another ticket on 6-5-24 again, but no one has responded. I finally managed to fix the issue myself and I retrieved 7 of 10 year's worth of scenes the rest of the My Files folder remains obliterated. I found a file I could use to re-create the lost files and began the process. When I attempted to open the M5 Beard file, a necessary file, it was no longer in my database and it was missing from my product list on their website. Now I paid for that. It's somewhere in the 1058 completed orders I've made since 2014. No one responds by email when requested, there is no working contact number, the one listed says not in service, and the company number when you find it is constantly busy. There is no way to get help when you need it. Being directed to the forum or frequently asked questions sections is neither tech help nor customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars on content since 2014 and should be able to get help in a timely fashion, but apparently not. This is intolerable. The loss of a program I've made good use of in multiple scenes will cost extra time and money to use unsuitable replacements. I want to know what Daz is going to do about it...if they need help, they can start by putting a human being on the phone.

    Daz3d runs a store page called Lightning Deals where products are offered at a steep discount.

    They offer a membership program called DazPlus where items are offered at a discount, also.

    Recently, when items are offered at an 89% discount, they're instead being put in DazPlus users' accounts at an 83% discount. This typically is only around 45 cents an item, give or take, but considering that some of the items I've seen have been $100+ bundles, it can add up quite quickly. If an item is $102.89, for example, you end up with a price of $11.32, at 89% off. But this promotion ends with the item at $14.40, leading to a $3.08 cent discrepancy.

    I and other users have reached out to the company multiple times to inform them of this issue, and to request multiple refunds from them. As we've received refunds, I'm taking that to mean that they understand this is an ongoing issue. I've received no communication beyond "here's your refund."

    This issue depends on the buyer to first know this is an issue that can happen, and secondly, to notice that the issue has happened. Most of the sales are items in the $1.00-$5.00 range. I've gone through multiple purchases where the price discrepancy is less than a dollar and not noticed, but if this is happening to even ten users a day, the price discrepancy is netting Daz3d a tidy little profit for no extra work.

    September 19th, I made a large purchase Order #************************ and noticed a $30 charge for something I did not order - " Interactive License For JW Standing Mega Collection Poses for Genesis 9 “ I asked the customer service fellow to correct my order and credit my account $30. He said something about it being a checked box and he could not correct it. Essentially, he is attempting to steal $30 from my account. I have made it very clear I did not order the product; do not even know what the product is and want my account credited. Das is saddled with an dishonest, lazy and insubordinate employee - making a mockery of customer service. His name is Fernando **** R***. His email is: *************************** I have made four requests for assistance in correcting this and they have all been intercepted by this miscreant employee, thus far I have received nothing but stone walling.

    Daz Productions advertised a promotional item containing digital content entitled "Mystery Grab Bag" over the Labor Day 2022 weekend. The advertisement promised delivery of digital content to participating accounts on September 5, 2022. As of today, September 6, 2022, I have neither received the promised content nor any communication from Daz Productions regarding its delivery, either through email or "notifications" via the company's official website. Only by searching on the community forums hosted by Daz Productions was I made aware of a widespread problem with content delivery to customers.

    I went onto Daz3D's Website following an email advertisement that they went to me where they offered a bundle of various items, and if I purchased them all then I would receive an exclusive, time-limited 3D Model named "Antheia HD for Genesis 8.1" and that this product would be "automatically added to my account on September 1st", provided I purchased the bundle before the end of August 2022.

    I purchased the entire bundle for $109.13 because I really liked the look of this exclusive model, and then patiently waited until the delivery date. This is a 3D Model, delivered via a file, so there is no postage etc, it should be instant delivery.

    The 1st came, no model. I sent Daz3D an email as was told "it should be with you today".

    Waited until 11pm, still no delivery, so I messaged them on Social Media. They completely ignored this.

    I waited until September 2nd evening, sent another email, exact same reply "it should be with you today".

    Meanwhile they removed all evidence of this from the website.

    Waited until the evening, still no delivery, so I asked on their forum. Daz3D staff deleted my forum message.

    Now is the 3rd September, I still haven't had my product delivery, still no idea when I'll get it, still no offer of a refund or anything at all.

    Feels as though I have been scammed.
