      I was told to call Monday after resolving every issue on my end the Thursday prior involving my account (3-5 business days is what theyve repeatedly told me it will take.) I now call Friday of next week and am talked down to like Ive been impatient when theyre flooded with emails and I shouldnt expect it to go through so soon. Do not disclose inaccurate wait times. Your customer service ***** and Ive now heard 3 different time frames for a resolution

      I've had a membership with vasa fitness and they use paramount acceptance. I've had a concurrent membership since October 2020, on the day of writing this 02-07-2024 the total amount of payments for my monthly membership is 40, ***** per month that's ****** total for those 40 months. So far for my membership i have paid ****** for my membership often being charged 2 or 3 times a month or randomly being charged 30 50 60 80 dollars at once, on top of paying nearly double what i am supposed to their claiming i owe an additional amount of ****** bringing the total amount to ****** double what i should be charged. I understand a few payments i made were late but charging over double for a hand full of late fee's is extreme. On top of that i physically cannot get ahold of ANY customer support on their end I spend hours on hold and when they call me back I'm immediately placed on hold for no one to ever answer. Every time my auto payment goes through their system sends me a message saying my transaction did not go through even though i can physically see the withdrawals from my account, Since my bill is "behind" on payments i am physically not able to cancel my membership or change my home gym to a gym that is near my new residence. Its tragic since **** is a really nice gym but simply because of how their billing works its more like a gym membership with an scam attached to it. i would never recommend getting a membership with ****, Simply because of Paramount acceptance.

      Paramount Acceptance(Riviera Fitness) continuously send harassing emails/phone calls. They do not respond to your requests for assistance. You are forced to go on line for cancelation by "cancel hero". After paying cancelation fees, you are still harassed. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP!!!!!

      "Vasa Fitness" websites presentation of their offers for "free trial" and etc or however they worded it was to trick me it was misleading and fradulent! Workers at ********** club in ********* are very rude it seems they know whats going on and are complicit in selling memberships at any cost and just give you the run around and all lead to dead ends if you want to cancel before free trial ends! No one wanted to help me cancel membership! I was referred to "Paramount Acceptance" by ********** club to cancel membership and it was a worse experience! This is their collections office i presume and they were very rude! She has a snakes tongue that wiggles at both ends sneaky flat out evil tactics she insulted my intelligence whats worse she didnt cancel my membership so as of now 10 days later im still not able to cancel myself, and since ********** club told me to stop calling and harrasing or theyd call cops on me, now ive no way to cancel membership! "Vasa Fitness" websites option to cancel membership link is not valid and my browser wont even open the site warning of thieves fraud and hackers! They should end up on a show of "american greed" for the fraudster highly immoral deceptive tactics they employ! And be sued!

      I have never been so irritated and annoyed with a company the fact is I am in the military canceled my membership two months ago and you guys are still charging me and the customer service person was very rude and disrespectful. With me being in the military I can cancel my membership so I will be having are legal services reaching out to you because thats against the law

      Talk about nickel and diming you! Their billing service, Paramoiunt Acceptance is the WORST to deal with. I made a request to put a 90 day freeze on my account as money was going to be tight this summer. There is a $10 fee for this...OK, whatever. I put in the request 10 days before the bill was due, they asked for me to confirm, I said yes. Then I told them I was going to switch my billing info, which I did again before the billing date. They STILL charged me the full fee, overdrawing my account. I called and was super calm and professional as I explained what happened. Was put on "hold" and was disconnected. I call back, and all of a sudden there is a high number of callers. I hold, but get cut off again saying they will call me back. No call back that day. No call back the next day. I call again, and get the same message that they will hold my place in line and call me back. NO CALL BACK. A week of this nonsense, and I finally get a hold of someone, only for them to tell me that because I did not confirm a 3rd time they would not be refunding my money or overdraft fee. I checked me email communication, and there was NO request for a 3rd confirmation. User beware- The gym is nice, but their back end is h*** to work with, and as I said before, ****** and dime you to death with their fees for EVERYTHING.

      **** informed me yes you are getting charged twice two different bank accounts for the same membership and there is nothing that can be done !!!!

      To cancel my gym membership with ****** in ***** they make us send a physical letter to this company. However, this company purposely does not look at letters that are not certified with tracking numbers. They will claim it gets lost. After my wife called in and accused them of this it just so happened that they found the letter we sent in with just a stamp. Scam of a company.

      I called in December to cancel a membership and remove my bank card from their records. Thought we were all good and I dealt with a very pleasant representative. Its now March. Didnt hear anything until today when they said they are turning the account over to collections. Apparently when I canceled it wasnt 30 days notice so I was charged a fee they mentioned nothing about and they kept the account open due to it having an outstanding fee. I could even handle most of that if the representative was not completely rude and unprofessional. She would cut me off every time I tried to ask a question and clarify the situation. Not everyone is cut out for customer service

      Paramount acceptance manages the personal training charges for Fitness Connection. I called to freeze my payments until further notice, and that only lasted for ** days. I tried to go to Fitness Connection to cancel it, and they told me I had to call. I called MULTIPLE times, and was always caller #**+, often #** or higher. I can't just sit around on hold all day, especially since their hours are 8-5 M-F, and just hang up on anyone on hold at 5PM. I called H323232**3132******33H, and they told me I had to contact Fitness Connection, who told me I had to call their customer service only to be placed into a 1 hour+ hold queue.I finally disputed the charge and blocked any further charges on my credit card from H323232**3132******33H. If they try to collect any "balances", which were unauthorized since I told them to freeze and not charge until re-authorized, and was told OK by their rep, and if I see a blip on my credit, I'll be contacting an attorney. This looks like a great case to collect damages.
