      I would leave no Star if I could! They lie about their advertisements, they steal money when you tell them not to use your cards, the don't clean, I sat in blood and now have an issue on my right buttocks. Then to see if the cleaned so I put a piece of soap on a disability stall that I have to use! They gave me a month free then kept charging me more and more sometimes 3x a month! I never want anyone to feel the way I do and that includes my husband! The pool had tons of curly dark black hair in the water. The hot tub smells like pee and is full of wipes from equipment! I've called them and the person on the phone is rude and pushy! This is the Riverton Vasa and the ******** location! I want them to be investigated for illegal practices and filth! YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME AND I'M GOING TO SEE ABOUT AN ATTORNEY! THESE ENTIRE GYM COMPLEXES ARE SUB PAR AND DANGEROUS!

      FRAUDULANT A******* these guys are real liars & real con men who steal from their own customers behind the scenes. Had a ************ account for many years. I closed my Vasa Fitness account over 3 years ago both in person & online, but they continued to bill me for an additional 3 years. I closed my Vasa Fitness account because I was moving , yet their billing department Paramount acceptance continued to bill me month after month how convenient for them to forget the fact I cancelled thiefs. I had heard from friends say how shady vasa and paramount acceptance practices were about billing and charging customers but I figured cancellation was pretty straight forward. I will never give anyone access to my checking account again! Scammers like paramount acceptance and vasa fitness should not be in business stealing peoples money while conveniently forgetting to cancel memberships when asked to do so.. I called in as soon as I found out they were stealing from me and they told me its cancelled now at this time. It was cancelled 3 years ago!!!! They said that we see that you attempted to cancel it 3 years ago but it never went through. Never went through, how does that happen? It was attempted to be cancelled but then they decided they liked it better if they continued to take my money for no service I had canceled it in person and doubled checked it was cancelled online which they said it was but these guys wanted to continue to take my money instead. Ill probably see more withdrawals this next month from my checking when I forget about it. I don't even know if it is truly cancelled this time. I recommend staying away from these scammers and go to planet fitness or lifetime fitness or anywhere else but here. Vasa Fitness and Paramount acceptance are s******* their customers over and conveniently forgetting to cancel accounts when requested to do so. I am taking them to small claims court.

      Fallen on hard times. ***** to cancel service agreement and reconcile past due billing. ****** helped us. I asked for communication stating our agreement made over the phone. He said he was unable to do so due to being a third party ****** stating he does not have an email and they only have their personal email which he cannot give out. He let me know there were notes in the system regarding our conversation. I felt uncomfortable relying on notes in the system as I have been burned like this before. He stated he can try to send an email regarding the term of the agreement but then stated he did not have access. I requested to speak to a supervisor in better hopes of a solution as *** was limited. he tried to contact one and was unable to get a hold of one, I let him know I do not mind waiting but he said he was only allowed to do a 2 min hold time and he already used it the first time trying to contact a supervisor. He said he can give us a call back on Monday, I let him know that was fine and requested name and ID information as well as supervisors name and some sort of way to contact them if I do not hear back. He gave me his first name, said they do not have IDs and claimed they cannot give out supervisors information. I stated I found that difficult to believe and would like to be transferred to leadership. He let me know none were there due to it being end of the day and stated I was being difficult. Two stars are for help ****** gave us regarding our situation. The missing ones are for being called difficult, poor communication/transparency option regarding our terms made in phone call today and poor leadership availability options to assist with matter even though I was willing to wait. I just wanted transparency regarding our terms made today and options that were discussed to reference in the event that there was a mix up in the future. Other reviews on ****** state experiences with verbal agreements not being upheld such as cancellation. ******.

      I literally was putting my dog to sleep and I kept getting calls and texts. Granted they didn't know but I did call and ask for ****** I was getting harassed within an inch of my life to make a payment. I was only a week behind. Then a trainer I work with calls me and says please take care of this before we work out again. First of all. I have paid for the sessions. I'm grieving which makes the harassment ten times worse! Don't even get me started on what I deem their unfair fee practices.

      They are absolutely terrible! They, along with ************ allow MINORS to create accounts online and then bill them for them, without the approval of a guardian. They refuse to help you when you call them to rectify the issue. They give no notice of things being sent to collections. Adding an email address does not give my consent to open a f****** account for my MINOR child! Such a shady business!!!! Stay away, far away from them and Vasa.

      Absolutely horrible service, I have been trying to cancel my **** gym membership since July due to a surgery, i have emailed, called, got confirmations that they will cancel it. and up to today I am still being billed. I am currently on hold with ****** and she is looking into "how much i need to pay to cancel" This place needs to be investigated for fraud. There are so many people experiencing this same problem with them. Maybe time to get ********?

      I'm trying to cancel my membership they wouldn't even let me cancel it or put it on hold if I had to pass through balance they refuse to do it in my balance went from $200 to now $600 they're refusing to stop it put on hold or allow me to pay what's owed I refuse to pay anything that's what I tried to cancel and they're refusing to stop and saying that they're going to continue to charge me which cannot be legal

      Calling was a hassle all in itself. Routed, rerouted, then I speak to ******* the only ******* and highest manager of them all she hung up on me after placing me on hold. I was trying to get a breakdown of my acct and she came on with a huge attitude and I am hoping to not go into collections case she doesnt care. She told me I had to pay to cancel-I had my membership for over a year.
