I bought a dishwasher for my rental property in ***** and purchased the 5 year warranty service. The tenants reported an issue with the soap dispenser in Nov 2024, but left before the repair could be done. I arranged to meet the tech ****** on 1/16/25 and it began leaking afterward. I spoke with the coordinator (******) and explained that I did not live in ***** and would have to schedule out a visit on a very specific day since it would require travel. We set the date for 2/18. I reached out to ****** in Feb who then offered different dates. My travel plans were already set based on the fact that she assured me she could arrange the the repair for 2/18. After complaining, she managed to hold her end. I then received a voicemail from her on 2/17 stating that they did not have a tech available. I opted to continue conversing over the email chain as all of the information was in writing. Once again, she was able to find someone. The tech who arrived (*****) admitted that he was in a training program which was not explained to us by ****** at all. He said the issue was irreparable and advised the replacement of the entire dishwasher door. I was notified by ****** on 2/27 that the part was on backorder, and notified of it's arrival on 3/12. The repair was set to be done on 4/11 but the tenants had to cancel. I received a voicemail from ****** on 5/12 at 3:05 pm sounding very confused about the entire situation, then a 2nd voicemail at 3:39 pm sounding as if she had sorted out her own confusion. No follow up was received until 5/21 when she stated the tech needed to order a new door panel due to the hinges not lining up. I asked for the manager's information at several points and he (****) was cc'd to the email chain on 5/22 and he didn't bother responding. The repair was finally completed on 5/28 by ***** who stated that the door didn't need to be replaced at all and that the soap dispenser was installed incorrectly in the first place which was causing the leak.

From **** The Service/Repair Mgr. Initially was reported on 11/18/2024, In which we got a tech out there on 11/21. We ordered parts for the unit, LVM on 12/2 & 12/4. Called Tenant 3 times on 12/19. LVM again on 1/6, LVM and Texted on 1/8, finally heard back on 1/9. Guest got scheduled for 1/16. ******************** installed the parts, the door panel and the dispenser. Guest called in and said it was still leaking, **** then went out again on 2/18 to Order Outer Door as he claimed this was the issue. Once Parts came in we got them Scheduled on ***** for install who then when he went to install it noticed that the door wasn't the issue at all. **** had installed the dispenser incorrectly this entire time was why it was still leaking. ***** fixed that issue and now it is fine. As far as the email chain ****** did forward to me but never indicated that the guest was needing to be reached out to. All that was indicated to me was the tech issue and that it should be looked into. I apologize about this prolonged issue and that it could have been avoided with the initial install. I will talk with the tech mgr about the tech issue and with the coordinator to see if there is anything we can do to avoid this long delay going forward. I truly appreciate that you allowed me the opportunity to learn about your experience. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of our teams. It is truly never our intention to cause our customers any unnecessary stress or inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope that this atypical experience will not deter you from using your extended warranty should the need arise.

Horrible customer **********************. Will not warranty a thing always an excuse. Will sell you a service/warranty but not live up to it. I will never buy another thing from them. Would not recommend buying from them.

The warranty from the mattress you purchased in 9-2020, is directly from the manufacture and it automatically comes with the mattress purchase. (No charge). It is not a BLVDHOME warranty. We sent a tech to your home, to measure impressions etc. There were a few small stains on the mattress which voids the Manufacture warranty. BLVDHOME does not make the warranty criteria, it is directly Looks like you also had a service call on a power sofa, with tears on the top and armrest, that you did purchase an extended warranty for. Also in 2020. We are living up to the warranty you purchased, as we will either be ordering parts for the torn pieces, or replace it, depending on availability from the manufacture. Your coordinator will reach out to you this week with an Update.

Bad flooring, carpet and appliances, especially the **** The *** is not level and has lifted up just about everywhere. Big gaps too. They have attempted repairs twice and still need a third that I doubt will solve the problems. The repairs have left huge ugly smears. Not sure if they can even be cleaned up. We moved in to this new home in October. It is now January and not sure when the third attempt at repairs will be. Buyer beware!***************************

The Fridge doors wouldn't align properly, and a replacement fridge was delivered and installed on Oct *******. The Dish washer door had a dent, we put a new door on order, and it was back ordered from the manufacture. When we received a new door from the manufacture it was defective, after ordering another door, it was installed and complete on 12-21-23. I understand that this was frustrating, and I apologize for the delay. With the *** we sent a 3rd party out to do an inspection on the floor The smears were residue from the filler that was used. and can easily be cleaned using a gentle solvent, and a cotton towel, We will send an installer to clean it. The planks haven't shrunk, it was determined that they were been installed over dust in a few spots. During the inspection the gaps were not detectable while standing. When measured were 1/10th of an inch and isn't a defect. The rock that was reported to be under a plank was actually a piece of drywall that was not under the flooring, but under a blue piece of painters tape that the homeowner had placed on the floor. We will replace the planks that are lifting from the dust. We have two boxes of planks and glue on order, and we will make sure that we make it a priority to get them replace when the product comes in. I apologized that this happened, we sincerely want all of our customer to be happy with their purchases.
