      We financed/purchased a solar panel system with solcius solar LLC. We were never notified about them filing bankruptcy nor the 2nd company that came in a purchased them. Our solar system didn't work for months after installation, our power company came out and flipped switches because we were informed we didn't have a warranty which is wrong,we did. They promised no more electrical bills only the loan payments, wrong, they "checked" our roof and said it was good,wrong we need to replace our shingles,they promised a $15k incentive after the first year,wrong it was a "tax" write off,we receive $3000 on taxes for it,you can't get a hold of anyone on the whole issue,warranties etc. Our payments went up as well because we were sold to another bank. The system doesn't work as promised, nothing they promised has happened and we were so pressured to hurry and sign documents, I see why,got the money and checked out. We have also been paying a year now and the balance hasn't charged. We have a system of empty promises and it doesn't work well,very little. So frustrating.

      Solcius installed solar panels on my residence. since they are not working correctly. they also promised service and rebates in which i have not received. they also went bankrupt so i have no way of contacting them for repairs or service. there was a contract signed and they are in breach.

      I had solar panels installed with 20 yr warranty, but when the inverter malfunctioned Solaredge inverter, Solaredge tells me I have to pay to fix it they only warranty parts. I was assured the installer would do repair but seems that isn't true once installer files bankruptcy

      Hi yes I have made several attempts to get some one to come look at my system that hasn't been working that I am still currently paying monthly for my panels and I have yet to get in contact with anyone. I put the panels to save money on my electricity bill and now it is outrageous and I am on a strict ssi income I am facing higher costs on bills and I don't want to go to collections for bo longer paying to finance panels that aren't working thank you

      We had our solar panels installed by this company. Our panels stopped working and it will cost up to $9,000 to make them functional again. We had a warranty. Who do I take this up with???

      We have tried reaching out to Solcius 100 times this Since December 2023 because they didn't complete the project. All they did was install panels on the roof and walked away and never came back. We tried calling the number given to us, but we just found out the company filed for bankruptcy. We were never notified about the status of the company. The person who sold the solar system to us "My Smart House" will not get back to us no matter how many times I called, text or emailed. I owe 30k to Goodleep and they sent out energy aid and it's been 9 months, and it is still not up and running. We need help and I don't think I should pay 30K at this point

      I have a contract with Solcius to maintain our solar panels. The inverter has stopped working and the company will not answer their phones or respond to ***** who took over the warranty part?

      We recently tried reaching out to Solcius because they didn't complete the project they started. We tried calling the number given to us, but we found out the company is no longer in business. We were never notified about the status of the company. We don't know what to do or who to contact to finish the work. We are still out a back up battery to be installed. The third party "My Smart House" wont get back to me no matter how many times I called and left voicemails.
      I just want what was promised to us via contract.

      I was recently made aware that the solar company I purchased my solar panels from, SOLCIUS, LLC, is no longer in business as they recently went bankrupt. I am currently financing the panels and they are no longer working. I supposedly had warranty on them and have tried to contact the company which is no longer in operation. I was not given any information on my rights as a consumer.

      On June 2023, I purchased a solar panel system with Solicus and everything was working very well until July 2024 where they stopped working completely. I came to find out that my inverter was broken and I had only had the panels for a year. I attempted to contact Solcius and come to find out they were out of business. I had to pay out of pocket to determine what was going on. I then discovered I was going to be stuck with paying $1200 for labor to repair the inverter to my system. I had paid for a warranty and now it is null and void. I have panels on my roof in the heat of the summer (I live in the desert in southern California where it is over 100 degrees every day) and they are not working and this is August! I am having to come up with these costs out of pocket. I also contacted my finance company Goodleap, they state the warranty costs were not included in the loan which is not true. I have also filed a compaint againt Goodleap.
