On March 22nd, 2024 Solcius, LLC engaged in unlawful conduct when it 1) failed to properly supervise their registered unlicensed electricians in the required ratio of one licensee supervising at most two registered unlicensed electricians, 2) failed to properly mark its vehicles used while performing electrical work as required, 3) utilized unqualified/ineligible individual to act as their responsible qualifying person, 4) performed electrical work without first obtaining the required electrical permit or request for electrical inspection, 5) failed to comply with correction notices or perform necessary repairs within the time-period required by state electrical inspectors, & 6) violated the Commissioner’s January 27, 2020 Consent Order by failing to ensure proper direct supervision of its registered unlicensed electricians.
