    I uninstalled it and because I didn't use it for 14 days and I didn't cancel the said account through the app they said that I was liable for a maintenance fee of ***** sounds like a scam to me

    My dad has a medical condition that impairs his critical thinking and impulse control. This website is predatory and uses the angle of his loneliness to prey on him and similar seniors. They charge hundreds of dollars to message users in the space of weeks, while legitimate dating sites might charge $324 per year. But it gets worse. It states outright in the terms and conditions that the users are not real people in the dating pool, nor are they local. Employees make promises to meet and then make excuses while stringing you along to pay and extend the conversation, hitting you with upsells. If you read the Terms and Conditions, it is clear that the users are employees who operate imaginary accounts and manage many sock puppet accounts with fake emails. Now, he has unrealistic expectations that many mid-30s women are looking to date older men like himself (a senior), and he shelled out more than $700 to fulfill this delusion at the staffs behest. It is more likely that these are male college students in a co-working space in ****, stringing along hapless victims if you do any background research into the company.This company facilitated a situation that resulted in a great deal of emotional burden from his brothers and sisters and his children that he was being taken advantage of and could potentially end up in a situation that led to physical harm.
