first they would not return calls for months, which they blamed on its contractor. Now they lied about how much our panels would cost AFTER we sent them the state tax benefit that we had contractually agreed upon. They have shut down their customer service phone. They have proven themselves unethical through their lack of communication and lying about costs. I would be happy to revisit this if an acceptable explanation is offered.

**************, After reviewing your claim and looking into your loan, I can understand your frustration and apologize for any concerns you may have. Enium is neither your solar dealer nor your lender in this matter. Enium is assisting the lender with servicing your loan and working with a network of new dealers to assist those affected by the closure of your solar dealer. The closure of that dealer has left many in your same situation. Enium is dedicated to resolving all those affected to the best of our abilities. Any federal or state tax benefits, rebates, credits, or funds promised you by a 3rd party is out of our control. I would suggest you contact Illinois Shines directly to check on the status of your application if you have applied. For the federal tax credit, please contact your tax professional to obtain any credit you may qualify for. Your loan documents do clearly state what your payments will be if you do and if you do not apply your federal tax credit to your balance. Those payment amounts are clearly listed on the first page and also in the **** page of the loan. I assure you that Enium is here to assist you with any questions you may have. We also have a 3rd party loan servicer that you may speak to when you call in. If there is a wait, we apologize as we are assisting many in your same predicament. Please feel free to call ************ or ************. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Enium needs to be shut down ASAP!! Why or how Enium is in business still blows my mind. Enium hires non-licensed solar contractors that do not pull permits for jobs, they also damaged my existing solar system which voided its 25 year warranty. They also do not call you back, they rarely reply to emails with an answer, it's always "we will get back to you" and then crickets for months! They lie and say they have offered solutions to fix the problem but NEVER HAVE OFFERED A SOLUTION. They do not want to handle what they have done wrong, instead if you do not agree with THEIR solution(all benefits them) then they send you off to collections. I was told by a representative of Enuim to file a contractors complaint so the contractor cannot collect his money until the complaint is solved. Enium released the funds anyways and told me too bad. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY VOID CONTRACTS AND SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS, CA NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH ON COURT CASES WITH THEM!!!

Enium and the lending ************ have been working diligently to resolve this matter with ******************* through counsel. However, we are committed to assisting borrowers and our lenders in addressing any concerns related to their solar installation, the dealer, or the lender. Enium, in collaboration with the lending ************, has been diligently working through counsel to resolve this matter with ***********************. Beware, this is a company participating in fraudulent business practices with solar comapnies. They gave a company ****** after I met with the solar company one time and are now telling me I owe them the money. The solar company has stolen money from many people with the help from Enium. Check the cases with the ************************* Beware of this scam.

Since April 16, 2024, we have actively engaged with **************** regarding her concerns about the solar project, including disbursement of funds and payments. Although Enium is not her original solar dealer or lender (the Promissory Note signed by **************** is with another financial institution), we remain committed to assisting all parties in resolving these matters. The initial solar dealer, with whom **************** contracted for the purchase and installation, has closed its doors. As a result, other entities are stepping in to complete unfinished projects at no additional cost to clients beyond the amount specified in the Promissory Note. Enium is currently in the process of locating a new contractor to finalize ****************** solar installation without any extra charges. We informed her of this on April 24, 2024, assuring her that we were diligently working to secure a contractor. On May 22, 2024, our CCD department provided **************** with an update on our progress, and she expressed satisfaction. At that time, she clarified that her complaint was directed at the original solar dealer who had promised different payment terms. ****** signed contracts with both the solar dealer and the financial institution, and she possesses a copy of the Promissory Note. Currently, no payments are due until the project is completed. Once finished, her payments will be only $15 for the first year. After May 22, 2024, there was no further contact with ****************. Despite our numerous attempts, she did not respond to calls or emails until June 26, 2024, when she claimed she did not provide consent for the disbursement of funds related to her project. On June 27, 224, we explained the funding process to ****** before she filed her BBB review, as follows:"According to the contract, the dealer "reserves the right to disclose credit information to the financing institution listed below for the sole purpose of applying for funds to finance construction of the ** System (inclusive of work pre- and post-installation)." This can be found on page 7 of the solar contract, which was sent to your email on July 11, 2024, and signed on the same date.We do not disburse funds lightly. We require dealers to submit several stipulations, including a valid ID of the customer and the signed solar contract, signifying that you agree to the terms and conditions of the loan. Once these requirements are met, the funds are released to ensure the project can proceed as planned. We understand that part of your frustration may stem from knowing that the dealer is no longer conducting its day-to-day operations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that Enium has no control over your dealer's actions and responsiveness. We only act in good faith that the contract has been fulfilled as agreed. That being said, we are actively working on providing you with a new installer who will complete your project and get it operational."There have been no fraudulent business practices or scams. Instead, other companies have stepped in to complete projects left unfinished by a closed company. Any complaints related to this situation should be directed toward the solar company that closed, rather than the company currently assisting clients at its own expense, despite having incurred losses due to the closed dealer. That being said, we are actively working on proving **************** with a new installer who will complete the project as originally planned by **************** and the dealer. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
