"Called 8/11/2025 to set up services and was told that a scheduling team member would call me to schedule the installation of $3500 + of equipment that I ordered, never received a call but received an email for an appointment on 10/4/2025 and was told that was the soonest a technician could service my area, received a phone call that the technician would not be able to come that day and was asked to reschedule for 10/14/2025, I asked for a sooner date and was denied and told that was the soonest they could send a technician, I agreed and moved on.
