      Do NOT buy from this company! The clothing is very low quality with the "no see through" shirt fabric being a very odd texture and poorly stitched together around the v-neck collar - showing a "pulled" look.Additionally they do not accept returns! At checkout they offered a "free returns" fee (that I paid for!) - but when I tried to return the items, they only offer store credit. When I (reluctantly) tried to exchange my items, they wanted me to pay $10 extra for shipping - along with $8 in taxes (despite my state not having sales tax on clothes, and despite them not charging me taxes for the original order - only for the exchange!?).It's all a scam with deceptive wording and marketing to get you to buy their cheap merchandise. Don't do it.

      Terrible customer service. No response at all for help with returns. No refunds, only store credit. Terrible quality clothing. Falling apart after the first wash. Do NOT buy from this business.

      They not only refuse to provide a refund for merchandise purchased they also have false reviews. At checkout the customer is asked if they want free returns and merchandise protection. I paid the extra money to have free returns as stated on their checkout page. I can't even exchange for a larger size because they don't make the next size up. ******** service they say is 5 star, I think not. This company is a scam!

      Terrible quality. Sizing off. No refund available so I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry to use up my "store credit." Got an email that one piece was shipped. Sent an inquiry why only 1 piece. Turns out 2 of the 3 were out of stock, which were not labeled as so on the site like other pieces were. Ugh! ******** company to do business with. Back and forth, back and forth....NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. My advice: ****** has nicer, softer and higher quality similar outfits, Better price.

      The t-shirts are polyester and cheaply made. When trying to return - the REFUND policy is not a REFUND! They will only give you store credit. They told me this is clear in their REFUND policy. No where in the policy do they clearly identify that no refunds are given.

      I ordered an outfit on 4/25/2025. I have not received the items yet despite the "SHOP" app saying it was delivered today.I tried to call their business telephone number listed on their website beginning with "801". The mailbox is FULL!Do not buy any items from this company!!!

      How is this company still up and running? Its a total scam. I paid an extra $3 fee so that I would be able to do a free return, only to come to find out that $3 was to ship the item back to them for free, for STORE CREDIT. What? They dont seem to understand what the words free return mean. Plus, the quality of this 3 piece viral travel set is awful. Its itchy and rough, not at all soft like the description and reviews make it out to be. These reviews must have been my paid influencers or bots. So now Im stuck with a huge bill and awful quality clothing I wont ever wear. Great. I filed a claim with my credit card company.

      I purchased a three piece set from this boutique weeks ago. They shipped the item to the wrong address and it was returned to sender three days ago . After calling, texting, emailing, and going on their chat service online throughout the day. Im still no closer to a resolution with this boutique. I filed a claim with my bank and put a stop payment on my account for this ********************. No human ever responded, heck not even a bot. I would definitely be aware if purchasing from this sneaky boutique.

      I bought 2 outfits at full price, they did not fit my petite frame. I contacted them 2 days after I received the product to find out how to return the items. I found out they do not allow returns, only store credit, I have never heard of that so I would not recommend them.

      The quality is negligeable. I tried to return some items that did not fit, a very short time after I received them. The company denied my claim. The products are cheaply made, with strings visible.I would not order from this company; their return policy is an absolute lie. Terrible customer service.
