Great prices and great looking countertops. They are super busy all the time, but theyll try their best to make sure everything is right. Who is my first time redoing a kitchen and I didnt know what to look for when inspecting the countertops when they were done. I paid him the money in cash and then they left. My wife noticed the countertops on the left and right side of the stove range were different by almost an inch. The left side of the range was consistently 1 and 3/4 overhang from the cabinet. The right side of the range piece of countertop was 1 and 1/2 on the right and 3/4 on the left side. I didnt notice when I paid ******** mostly because of the extreme strong smell of sealer that filled the whole house, but also I never thought I had to look for that part. I contacted ******* and The owner guy. He said they would make it right. I called multiple times within a couple of weeks with no response and about to give up hope on the company. I decided to call one more time 38 days after the install date. No answer from ******* (probably because hes super busy installing or cutting stone) and then called the owner (he was super busy, but knew who I was. He said hed call me right back). Four days later, ******* calls me and said he had a spare 30 minutes to come by and fix it. Good thing I work from home. ******* came by and fix the problem in about 30 minutes. After watching how ******* fixed it, it was super easy even I couldve done it.I cant speak for other people, but as for my experience, Utah Valley Granite really want to do their best to make things right. They are super busy all the time. If you want a countertop that is absolutely perfect, then pay the extra thousand dollars or more to another company. Utah Valley Granite still can provide an absolutely perfect countertop, but be patient and be flexible. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the amount of money we paid for the countertops that we got.
