5 stars***** R quickly responded to my inquiry. She was attentive and courteous, which is what I have done to expect from Blade HQ. 5 starsBlade headquarters has been the only place I would ever buy a knife from for about the last three or four years. I have shopped online and talked to other competitors and no one has been able to give me the service in such a timely, kind, knowledgeable and friendly manner like the employees of Blade HQ. An example is this morning talking to ****** about a pre-order. She was extremely helpful and friendly enough that my issue with placing the order was taken care of quickly but we cut up for a couple of minutes just because I'm a Texan and her name was ******. It made me feel like I was right at home! I wouldn't at this point in my life and never use anyone else except Blade HQ. They have such a tremendous selection and the service is impeccable!
