    I had initially canceled the subscription through the app store settings. However, it appears that the cancellation did not take effect as intended. I had taken what I believed to be the necessary steps to end the free trial before the renewal date and was still charged and now can not find any real way to contact the company for a refund.

    On 12/3/23, I booked a flight via ************** 
    My booking reference is ***********. I was charged PHP 21, 375.77 on my bank account but then received an email that the booking has failed and they told me that nothing was deducted on my account but I checked and they indeed transacted from my card. I have tried calling them, messaging them on facebook, emailing them, and tried the chat support on both their website and app. They are very hard to reach. Please please please help me get my money back, I have been scammed by this company. PLEASE HELP. I have attached proof and all details, any help would be appreciated.     Hello, I booked a Dec. 21 flight to Chicago -> Las Vegas on the eDreams website on Saturday, September 23. The amount which was on the website and the amount I paid were different. The final amount paid is 952,141 KRW and my booking reference number is 12734737796.

    I requested a refund to the eDreams customer center an hour after purchasing it due to a huge difference in price due to the payment. I even directly asked SPIRIT airline for a refund, and the airline refunded the total ticket price, $491.78. When I talked to eDreams customer center, they said they could give refund, but that amount was 533,760 KRW, which does not match the amount I paid to the eDreams. "418,381 KRW was not returned!!!!!" I am sending this message to you because I want to get this amount back as full refund. I literally cancelled my flight after an hour I paid and eDreams is not giving my money back for no reason. Please help me to get my money back. I seriously need that money. I tried everything such as sending an email to customer service team everyday but they are repeating the same words that they cannot give a full refund. I would appreciate any help from you. I have every receipt for my evidence. Please help me. I am looking for your reply. Thank you so much for reading.

    i purchased a ticket for a flight for 2101.18 on feb 14 2023
    i received a partial refund for 726.65 april 12 2023
    i was denied any more of my refund on 7/26/2023
    i put in a request for a refund about 2 weeks after purchasing the ticket because i found a cheaper one, i waited thinking this would be the first part of the refund and i would get the other part later. After look through their return policy fee of 25 euros and ana the plane i flew on their return policy fee of 440 yen i should have received a refund of another 1334.53 after reaching support they said that they already helped me and sent a refund there's nothing they can do. they told me they would no longer help me and i would need to reach out to the flight provider to get the rest of it. ANA couldn't help me because i book through edreams.
