    This company charged me a subscription fee for a free trial period, then proceeded to charge me a yearly renewal fee a year later. When I called to cancel my subscription and get my $70 back, they said that they couldnt give a full refund. Im not sure how they were able to charge my credit card, since it had expired earlier in the year. Super shady business!

    I am unable to give 0 rating, or negative. edreams prime membership is scam, Benefits will be mentioned as 2x return of flight fare differences, cancellation free for 2 times, but edreams will have hidden own reasons and many terms and conditions not to satisfy that. They won't be ready to issue the refund any time. So, please don't fall prey with edreams initial offerings / any price match guarantee names. I found the flight cheaper elsewhere and intimated them with in 12 hrs with all terms and conditions but customer team responded after 2 days stating that I have provided proof after 24 hrs.

    E-dreams is fraudulent. They posts false advertising prices and then bait and switch you at the end of the process. I was buying a flight for $300 and they increased the price by $400 when I bought. Afterward I looked and the price had not gone up elsewhere. This is straight up criminal false advertising. They also constantly pressure you to complete the process faster than is possible saying "complete it soon or the price will go up". Obviously their tactic is to gaslight people into thinking that if they were faster they could have gotten the advertised price. They also make it impossible to cancel your flight, tho they make it seem like there's an easy way to do it. They also refuse to honor the legally required free cancellation 24 hour window (they charge a $50 cancelation fee). They say their customer service line is open 24/7 but they list no phone number or email. They say you need to download their app to contact customer service. No way I'm putting their c*** on my phone. STAY FAR AWAY FROM E-DREAMS
