    12-12-22 order placed for 1 bottle of advertised product....Recvd 8 bottles. Chgd $270.46. I did NOT ORDER THIS. No way can I even afford it. From when I ordered 5his it was very spooky as everything was so out of the ordinary. I sent 3 emails to them right away BUT NO RESPONSE. I WILL RETURN 100% AS SOON AS MONEY IS RETURNED. I did find a fulfillment order # ******, best I can do...Please help? ***** ***** ******************

    I purchased these on 11/2/22 6 bottles $254 the bottles that came looked different from what was on their website but I thought maybe they relabeled it. I’ve taken them for 1 month actually gained weight. So I called for a refund when I purchased it said 60 day money back. I called the number the person took my information to verify then passed me to an automated verification which disconnected my call. I called back, the 2nd person hung up. I called a 3rd time, that person took my information walked me through a whole process gave me a verification code for my refund. Then gave me another phone number to call. Before I could call that number, my Amex sends me fraud alert charges. Called Amex, my card was used to join memberships to various things. So now 5 days before Christmas I have to cancel credit card and shut down my account. The phone number I called was on the bottle ###-###-####

    At no time did I personally purchase any items from your company, yet I was charged $13.95 for something I neither need or want. I would like my funds placed back on my credit card. This happened 12-15-2022 at approximately 9 t0 10pm central standard time. My 12 year old grandson causes this mix up and I need this corrected.

    I lost my wallet that had my CC and all my info in it, out of the blue I start getting emails thanking me for some purchase, I tried to call and the # is no good. I sent several emails to cancel and refund my card. At 6am on Sunday I get 3 call’s from a very rude woman offering me 35% off, I said no, she up’d it to 50% off I said no refund my money and do not ship this crap to me, she argued it was to late. I reported the fraud to my credit card company.

    Responded to "ordering being processed" email on 11/8/2022 to inquire about shipping information

    Responded again on 11/10/2022 that I was concerned that I haven't received anything yet.
    Received 11/10/2022 "We are really sorry for the late. We are gonna send your query to our concern department. We hope we will have an update by tomorrow

    Asked for a refund if they could not provide an answer.
    Sent a screen shot that it was to be refunded with a link to a virus protection software that was used to "scan" this email.
    11/17/2022 No refund received. Asked for a transaction number.

    I had made a purchase with Healthy Nutra Choice, through a sponsored Ad they had made on a social media platform.
    I made a purchase that was wrongfully advertised, offering a free bottle. Then advertised a pack of 6 bottles for $39.97 (not each).
    When I did the check out, the final total did not match the total that they invoice my credit card for. Which in Canadian fund ended up being $390.07 from TANZANI*, then another charge for $12.67 from PEARLBO*.
    Right away I received this email, and called the company with no answer. Then I emailed them, and no response 2 weeks later.
    I called my credit card company to stop, but unfortunately it went into pending and they couldn't do anything until the charge had gone through.
    Now that it has gone through, the credit card company is working on the case and investigating.
    In addition to all this, their website is not working. www.healthynutrachoice.com
    I received the products, and once I received them I called again and I finally got a customer service rep on the phone (twice) and both times they were rude, refused a refund, said they can only give 50%. Which I refused, as I do not want the product & told them I want to send the products back. The lady did mention that I would have to pay to ship back and that there was going to be a 20% restocking fee.
    With all the bad reviews I have now read, I'm surprised no one has done anything from stopping this company from FRAUD! What they are doing is manipulating and stealing from people and getting away with it.
