      8/1/2025 **This review is written the same day as solar equipment installation. This review will be updated in the future as needed.Install Crew: 5 ??Punctual. Efficient. Adaptive. Courteous. Friendly.Install crew arrived before install time. Every person knew their task and set to it. Started with safety first, then ***************** delivery appeared choreographed to the crew. Precision in delivery time, location, and hand off was nothing short of exceptional.Connection location to main panel presented conflict. ******* was quick to identify issue and was ready with alternate solutions without any extension or additional cost to project.Crew was respectful of property and animals. No mess left behind. Crew took time during break to converse and play with the dog ??After install, during inspection, 2 holes used for safety equipment attachment were observed to be not filled with any sealant. The observation was reported within 30 minutes of crew departure, and the ******* returned immediately to correct the issue.Overall, installation crew is fantastic. Knowledge in their craft, pride in their work, commitment to detail exactly what you want.Customer service: 4/5??Take this one how you want. Blue Raven is low key in notifying customers of project status and upcoming appointments. Whenever I felt forgotten though, customer service was quick to locate and resolve any issues.

      Sale & install went great. However we were 1 month behind because the town did not get paid for the permit process for nearly a month. The town did not get paid until I got involved which was frustrating.

      I was ambivalent about getting solar. After talking to the Blue Raven rep **** I was convinced. He did a thorough job of providing all the relevant information and walking me through it all. From start to finish Blue Raven was very professional and the installation was very smooth. They did a fantastic job.

      Working with Blue Raven Solar has been a pleasure. *** ********* explained the system in depth and completely, answering all my questions. Having them complete all the permitting and scheduling was great. The installers went right to work and finished installing the panels in a very short time. But you could tell their work was done professionally and well. Im glad I used Blue Raven Solar.

      Very responsive when trying to get me to sign a Contract. Very UNRESPONSIVE afterwards - They have admitted that they designed the system incorrectly / system offset was miscalculated (I have this admission in writing). I have sent them multiple emails. Zero response. Next step - I will perform various local media / social media / consumer awareness activities, to warn other potential customers.

      I purchased Solar Panels from this company about 3 years ago. With the going Solar incentive I am to receive a Stipend each month. The ************** had some kind of merger last year and they were switching banks and that didn't work then they switched back to the original bank. By that point they were 3 months behind in the payments and still have not caught up with those payments and when you call you always receive conflicting answers as to why the checks hasn't been forwarded to the customer. As stated, the checks are to be released once a month, but it is always a different story each month. If the installment payments were missed, they would have no problems taking you to Court. To be a large corporation, I don't understand why this is happening and that you can't get a direct answer from anyone. The biggest problem or concern is that you can't even reach anyone besides the call center to speak with anyone. You try to reach the **************** and that doesn't even exist. You should be able to reach someone with your concerns but it seems as though once you have signed on the dotted line, you are just a check being cashed to pay the Big Bucks to those at the Top. Hopefully if someone reads this, they will try to reach out to me and give me some kind of explanation, but I know that won't happen, they could care less and trying to reach someone when you are having issues is just as bad. Run Away, Do Not Pass Go and Look Elsewhere, you will be better off. Maybe you will find a company that you can actually speak with someone other than the *********** which only reads from a script and truly can't answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Be Very Careful

      Everything from start to finish was so easy and professional. The sales man was very knowledgeable and explained how the whole system was going to work. The installers we friendly, kind, and worked hard. It was so hot the day they installed the solar panels on my roof. They worked so hard in that heat. I felt so sorry for them. What a wonderful company and a great experience.
