    In August 2023 nomo pest came to my house, they let flyer on door did not service me. Trying charge me now and saying if not paid they charge 10 month there after. Thing is my contract been up there no agreement with them what so ever. There ripping people off, they want me pay for it when wasn't serviced. I complained and they still trying to make me pay. Ther crooks.

    Back in March 2023, we had almost 3 feet of snow when they came to my house. I told them I didn't want service for that day because they wouldn't be able to spray the foundation. There was just too much snow ??. The young man said "ok" then left. I was still charged $156 dollars on my credit card!!Frustrated ?? to say the least!

    I can't express this enough,don't accept service from this company. This company lacks communication and the service,I paid for.You never see them come and spray,just a postcard is left behind.I didn't notice any reduction in the insect population,around my house.I paid for a service that was very unsatisfying and I decided to stop paying.Now I get calls,texts and emails stating that my contract will be sent to collections.Nobody should feel forced to keep paying a company,you're not satisfied with.You're a con,plain and simple! You create a contract that provides what you need from your customers,not what your customers need from you.

    I had a green yard till they sprayed it now all I have is dirt and they don't let you cancel. The last time they came the guy was there for 30 seconds,then the guy sit in his truck and ate his lunch. They are a bunch of jerks. ********************** on them I would love to give them a ? 0 .oh and still have bug's

    Dang it. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to hiring these guys. I tried to cancel due to incomplete service rendered and they keep charging me! They said I had to pay 278 to cancel and I said okay but then someonecame and sprayed (although my gate was locked? And there were ************* in the snow? ) and now they say it is 400 to cancel?

    Nomo provides absolutely horrible service and products. Communication is unprofessional and minimal at best while they give excuse after excuse for their service and lack of products as promised in their agreement. I wouldnt recommend them at all and would encourage people to look elsewhere for high quality pest control.
