    A+ rating from a company that sends unsolicited emails using scare tactics saying I'm not PCI compliant when REMOVEDhas confirmed in fact I am in good standing has me wondering why I trust my company's reputation with the BBB. Do better everyone.

    Their marketing strategy is to scare you about "PCI compliance" when you are using Quickbooks Online's invoicing system and hold no customer card payment information. They want you to sign up (for binding arbitration) in order to certify compliance. This is a business-to-business service provider trying to juice their margins by directly contacting its business customers' customers.

    they lure you in with a scary email saying Quickbooks recommend them, and then they force their services on you even if you you do not need to be PCI compliant. I want my money back from this worthless scam and nothing further to do with this shady company

    Our nonprofit, the REMOVED, is always eager to ensure the security of payment card data for our organization and our REMOVED, REMOVED, a member of the SecurityMetrics support Team, was a huge help to us in completing our annual PCI Compliance certification.He saved us a ton of time too. He was absolutely clear in his statements and he really articulated all of the steps so well for us. He is a good listener and he took time to really walk us through the process of updating our compliance certificate. Today's visit with REMOVEDwas a great example of old fashion customer service.     They are no better than scammers. They send emails as if they have an affiliation with REMOVED. Do not fall for it. Do not click on any links either. The link's text indicates it will take you to a page on Quickbooks' site but it will actually take you to a page on theirs. Set up a filter to block everything from this scummy company.
