I recently went blind and i needed to apply for disability. Tragectory disability contacted me and told me that my claim was going to be denied and that I needed them to navigate me through the process of applying. It's been several months now and they never did any work on my case. I've done everything myself. I told them that I don't want their help. I've emailed them telling them that I don't want their help. Yet they still plan on attaching to my disability and plan to steal my money. I asked them for an itemized list of what they have done for me and was told they don't do that. However, every attorney keeps detailed specific list of their work so they can bill appropriately. It appears that they are a scam and from the review's I've read I am not the only person that feels this way.

****, we'd love to talk to you and help explain what's going on. First off, though, we're definitely not a scam. We've been around for decades and are the largest company in the United States that helps people obtain Social Security Disability benefits. We have an A+ rating here at the Better Business Bureau. Our rating on Google is also extremely high. We have tens of thousands of satisfied clients. We fight hard to help our clients and we can't sit idly by while you say we're a scam.

Earlier this week, you asked that we withdraw from your case because you feel that you no longer need our help. We immediately honored that request and submitted our withdraw paperwork. When you say we "refuse to allow you to break your contract with us," that's factually incorrect. While we're sad to see you leave, we aren't preventing you from doing so. In fact, just the opposite.

You also claim we're planning on "attaching to your disability" and "plan to steal your money." Nothing could be further from the truth. We've withdrawn from your case and have waived our right to collect a fee.

Fees that claimants pay in these Social Security cases are strictly monitored by federal law. No one can steal your money or "attach to it." Instead, every single penny that is received in fees must first by approved by Social Security. This is strictly governed by Social Security. There's no room for anyone to steal from a claimant because it's Social Security that reviews the fee agreement, approves or denies it, and then directly sends the fees to the attorney. No one is ever billed directly by their attorney in this area of law.  However, this discussion is moot because we waived fees when we withdrew on your case.  You won't be paying anything, ever, for the word we did on helping get your claim filed.

We understand that you're upset, but we'd encourage you to give us a call so that we can discuss these concerns with you. Either way, be assured that we immediately honored your request and withdrew our representation on your case. We waived fees, too.  We sincerely wish you the best as you proceed with your case.

Trajectory continues to bill me regardless of the Fact that I have never signed any contracts with them. I was In contract with Vet Comp pen . However I ended the contract with them prior to them changing to trajectory . Ive asked trajectory to discontinue sending me bills and to take me off of there list. However its fallen on deaf ears. Its pretty obvious theyre trying to scam me out of some money which they have not worked for. How should I proceed

Thanks for taking the time to talk to me about your concerns. As we discussed, you've confused our company with another company. I started using this company in March of this year. Eight months in the process of filing, I do not geel that I am getting my money's worth. I feel that the firm should help the client out not sit back and do nothing. Every time I have called I would have to leave a message and wait a week for a return call. I would askabout my case and I would be told the *** IS % on working your case and wi will check back with them in 30 days. Today I decided to call Social Security myself and they looked at my file and gave me another number to call. It is the department who is making the medical decision. This person proceeded to tell me that my case hasn't be started on the review process. I like many other people are still in line waiting. Which is n I t what I was told from Trajector. I just made a comment about having to wait 10 months with a lot of money going out and really nothing coming. He told me that he might could escalate the process if I was hurting for money, he asked 3 questions and then put me on hold. He came back and and told me to call back on Friday to verify that someone has started on my case my complaint is why am I doing the company's job.

Thanks for taking the time today to discuss your concerns with your attorney. As was discussed during the phone call, the delays that you're experiencing are due to Social Security's backlog and lack of funding. We're here to help you through the entire process, though, no matter how long it takes. As you know, you're attorney is happy to jump in and help where we can, as well as answer any questions you have.

We hope that this resolves your concerns that lead to this complaint. If you have further questions or concerns, please let us know. We're here to serve you.

I contacted Trajector to file a SSA Disability claim in June 2022. I was denied due to not enough work credits. Being that this was all I asked their assistance with and the lack of correspondence with them, I thought our business was over. I have since been submitting my own medical info in myself. Skip to October 2022, out of the blue I receive a random email asking for an update on my current doctors and everything. I'm scratching my head because for one I haven't heard anything from these people since June and I'm wondering why they're asking for my updated medical information. So I contact them and ask what the heck is going on because I thought my business with them was done. I had received not one letter in the mail from them, nor email since June 2022. They informed me that they're still working on my case and I'm asking what case because what I hired you guys for had been denied months ago and if you applied for anything else, I should have be told about it. My phone number changed a couple of months ago and I did not contact them with a new number because I thought to my dealings with them were done. But they knew it wasn't, my home address didn't change nor did my email address, why wasn't I contacted? Why was the last letter I received from them or email back in June? Their attitude about the whole situation is very nonchalant and I have talked to two different people. I told them that if they can't communicate with their clients then I don't want them representing me because I've been doing everything on my own. They act as if they don't even care about the people that they represent or pretend to represent. I said I want a new team because they act like they don't care and not staying in contact clients is not okay. Was told I couldn't do that so I requested to end my business with them. Got the run a round about needing to speak to a supervisor for that and of course the supervise isn't available. I want to be done with them!

Thanks for taking the time to discuss your concerns with me today. As your attorney, I'm committed to help you through this process and offer you the representation you need.

Thanks for sharing with us your new phone number. As I mentioned, we've been emailing you, but it sounds like you didn't see the email we sent in August. If there's an issue there, it is probably now resolved because you did receive the email we sent out yesterday. Please know we're committed to staying in contact with you and providing updates on your case. The case that is still pending is part of the application you reviewed and signed back in June. We're happy to explain more if you have further questions.

If you have other concerns or questions, you are welcome to reach out to me directly. I'm here to serve you.

I am rejecting this response because: There isn't an email that they sent in August, not in my inbox or Spam. The 2 other Representatives stated that the last email sent was in June and (I received) that they had been trying to reach me by phone. Now he comes up with some long list made up email that nobody else even acknowledges. The whole thing just doesn't make sense. If they were truly trying to get in contact with me they would have sent a letter stating so. Of course they didn't because they weren't trying to get in contact with me. Once the paperwork was signed they just all went ghost. Their stories don't even match up, I've spoken to three different people. They don't care about their clients at all. The 1st lady that I spoke to inquiring about what was going on actual hung up on me, like who hangs up on their clients? Then the attorney who's supposed to be handling my case tells me that he's the one that should be mad and that he forgives me. Really? I don't want to deal with this company not one second longer.

      Sincerely,
