      My complaint is concerning alledged Attorney ************************************ with Trajector Legal/Disablilty or previously called Veterans Legal. I originally filed a disability claim for my sleep apnea diagnosis with a company called Vet Comp and Pension and the disablity for that was originally denied. So Vet Comp and Pension referred me to Trajector Legal/Veterans Legal to appeal the decision. So they filed the first appeal in 2021 and it was denied. So then I communicated to them that I was no longer seeking this disibility and therefore would not need any further help from them. So Trajector Legal/Veterans Legal communicated back to me and said "ok we will no longer be representing you and they followed up with a letter to that affect, dated April 19th 2022. So after that I learned that someone filed another appeal after I stated I no longer needed services and this time I was compensated. I did not consent for this 2nd appeal however I paid the original company Vet Comp and Pension money owed for assisting in getting the service connection rating. Several days later I received a call from the alleged Attorney ************************************ stating that I owe him for services rendered. The first appeal was denied and no money is owed if we do not win the case. I did not authorize the second appeal. I have a letter stating that the alleged Attorney was no longer representing me since that first appeal was denied and as this is what we both agreed on. I called the alleged Attorney asking him to send me documents showing that I asked for his help after the first appeal was denied. He sent me paperwork from July 26, 2021 and that was the last time I signed paperwork regarding my appeal. The appeal was denied in 2022 so I no longer needed his services and we both agreed and both signed off on it. He is still harrassing me saying I owe him money and after researching I cannot find where he is practicing as an attorney. Paperwork that he has sent me has my forged signature

Trajector Disability is based in **** and our practice is devoted 100% to helping people through the adjudication process for disability claims pending before the Social Security Administration. You are not and have never been a client of ours. Similarly, ********************************* does not work for us, and never has. 

      After doing a quick ****** search, it appears to me that ********************************* is the founder and managing attorney for Veteran Legal, LLC. Here's a link to his website: ************************. I would encourage you to address your concerns with ***************************

      Good morning, I initially reached out to Trajectory disability in April of 2022 for assistance with my disability Claim. Since then Ive never been called, or even responded back to about any information with my claim. I always called in to give updates but to no avail the information I was giving wasnt being forwarded. Ive spoken to someone at the disability office who told me that they had no information at all about my status of injury, as well as no information about my doctors visits etc. The only thing the office of disability had was the information I provided when I filed the claim before I quote unquote hired trajectory disability. Since the beginning nothing has been done on their part, so I simply would like to cancel all services and interactions with this company. I called numerous amounts of time asking to speak with a supervisor as I had done so before and requested all services be canceled. He told me he would email me a cancellation letter and for me to sign and then all services will be suspended. I never received anything but only letters saying I want to cancel and please contact us so we can maybe get things back on the right track. So at this point They are avoiding me and every time I call now the supervisor is always helping some one else but they always assure that I will get a call back that I never receive. I just want out nothing else, theyve done nothing Ive gotten nothing so lets all just walk away. please help please please

      Your claim has been pending with Social Security and we agree that it has taken a very long time. Unfortunately, these delays are what everyone is experiencing right now due to slower processing times by SSA. When you say "nothing has been done" by our office, this is not correct, but I understand your frustration because you'd like to see things happen much quicker. These are concerns we are voicing not just to the local Social Security offices, but also to our elected officials in **************** We share your frustrations!

      Please understand we haven't been avoiding you. You're hard to get a hold of, and this has been part of the problem.       Mylar disability has been handling my SSDI case for almost 3 years.they only contact me if I threaten to fire them,they make no effort to contact me,I'm sending in paperwork ,not them and they give me the same nonchalant vague answers over and over.they said they expedited my case due to dire need and say my case is *** on the judges desk where it's been for 4 weeks and do they call me back?? No!! My Dr *** thinks I've got lung cancer on top of the chf,COPD,cardiomyopathy and severely enlarged heart..I don't feel they're helping at all and need proof that they're doing anything at all..im about ready to tell them to take a flying leap..if I don't hear from them soon they'll be history.3 years!!!! Unbelievable

      Trajectory disability took took ****** from my February disability benefits for attorney fees. I already paid my full attorney fee from my initial disability payment. When I ask them about it Im told no one took nothing and that I am wrong. I explained to trajectory representative that Social Security told me and it shows on my statement that more attorney fees were taken. I want my ****** refunded because it was taken by mistake.

      Myler Disability now Trajector Disability has been leading me on for approximately 3 years now.They failed to communicate with me for over 2years. Thereafter 2 years, I contacted to find out what was going on with my case. The go to representative *****, would talk to me as though I were his road dog (very unprofessional).***** would consistently blow smoke where my case is concerned. I got absolutely nothing from this firm but miscellaneous BS. Now that I've been denied, the attorney **** told me that it would take up to a year to receive another hearing, in the meantime I am waiting for the hearing date for months on end. As a result, I called to see where we were with the hearing date. No one answered my calls. ***** was no longer with the firm.9 months later I received mail from another firm, which Myler/Trajector Disability, forwarded my case to without my knowledge or my permission, and they wrote that they could not take my case. What is going on now my case is just up in the air.

      I was contacted by trajector after I re applied for s.s.i. I've been on s.s.i 4 times due to severe mental health issues. My claim has been in since December of 2021.. I was contacted by trajector and told that it would help me get my benefits back. But it has done nothing. I feel as though they are just waiting for me to either get it myself or not. Then collect there fee. It shouldn't take two years for a decision. I only want them to do there job and get them to make a Decision or take themselves off my case. One or the other. I've been disabled my whole life. I'm in a very bad way financially and I need a decision immediately. Not in another two years and would greatly and to be notified on what is going on. Thank-you

      I became a client after my SSDI was taking so long. I filed my own claim in October 2020 and was denied in my May 2021, I filed my own appeal in the same month. So I contacted TRAJECTOR to help expedite my claim they didnt contact me I had to make the contact and was given the runaround. I was told that my claim rep would call me back it never happened. The person on the phone didnt have any information and then told that SSA was waiting on some ******* comp information that I needed to send into SSA. So why did I need you if ** doing all the work. I dont believe that this company helps anybody. But wait to be compensated for doing virtually, nothing very unhappy, very unsatisfied and would like a response.

      I was told when i hired them, they can and will reach a positive decision w/ soc.sec/disability no longer than 3 months. Its now been over a year and 2 denials later, im almost 85% legally blind, yet cannot get my claim approved? I have issues.

      We have never told you or anyone else that we can reach a certain decision from Social Security within a certain time. We understand that you're frustrated that SSA has denied you, but as we've been discussing with you in our phone calls, we are filing the necessary appeals and will continue to fight for your case. We want nothing more than to see you successful in this, and we hope that the case is approved as quickly as possible. However, we cannot control SSA's decision making process, nor their time frames. SSA is currently taking longer than ever to make decisions and often those decisions are flawed.
