I have contacted the customer and reached out to their FFL for a copy of their license which is required as we have yet to receive that info. Placed an order on 7 March 2023.Per their shipping times, serialized parts are ***** days from receipt of FFL.I sent my FFL (I am the **** to them TWO times - once right after the order, then again a few days later.I opened a ticket with them asking status on 15 March 2023, and after TEN days, still NO answer.I even submitted ANOTHER ticket for status and sent my FFL AGAIN.It's obvious this company is a scam company. Now I have to go thru my credit card and file a fraud claim since Davidson Defense does not reply to emails or answer phone calls.DO NOT SHOP HERE. The low-ish prices are misleading if you think you'll ever receive your order.Business Response

On 2/27/2023 I placed an order through Davidson Defense website deltateamtactical.com Order number is DT-******. It was a simple parts order that according to their shipping status update should have been sent out in 8 business days. We are almost a month past the order date which they have taken my money and have not been able to get in contact with them through phone or their customer service email. This is the second occasion this year where their service has been horrendous and shipping times have been way longer than stated dates. Id like to get a refund for this order but cant get in touch with them through any means of communication. If not a refund at least I would like to have them send my order out ASAP.Business Response

It appears our system put a hold on this order due to ******* capacity restrictions in ****** but it should not have applied to this order since it doesn't contain any restricted hand gun mags. I placed an order for a lower receiver on 12/15/2022 (order # *********) and have not received the item. I have sent several emails with no responses back, have called numerous times with no one answering. I contacted my FFL, who also sent an email and have had no response back either.Business Response

I have ordered a part for a gun from Davidson defense and have not received any info on my order ( order #DD-271476) nor have I been able to get ahold of them to ask questions about it and it is really frustrating. On Feb. 20, 2023 I ordered a lower receiver from Davidson Defense. Order #DD272094. In the amount of $165.30 which they have received from my bank. I have tried calling to never speaking to anyone because their number just repeats or puts you on hold forever. I've emailed and have received robotic generic replies never anything about revolving the issue or the item being shipped.Business Response

Order placed and charged to my credit card on 2/8.Confirmation email received on 2/8 at 5:39am for order # DD-270285.Called in 2/15 to confirm Davidson Defense had all the info they needed to complete the order. Was assured they did, and the order, being only one item would ship the end of the week or beginning of the next.On 2/20 had not seen any tracking info, so I call and asked about it. Was told they were still waiting for a license from my FFL before they could ship.2/21 My FFL informed me they they had never received a request, but confirmed the info will be sent, to them as well as BCC it to me.2/21 received an email from Davidson Defense stating item had been shipped. Tracking number indicated a label had been created but no package had been received yet.3/1 Rep stated item was given to **** on 2/27.3/2 At 8:02am Same rep confirms item was in **** possession and that the tracking information is not up to date. At 3:14pm I received an email from Davidson Defense contradicting him.It states "Hi there,We wanted to give you a quick heads up that your Davidson Defense **** order is running a bit behind. We do not expect the delay to take long, typically delays are resolved in a couple of days.Well let you know as soon as your is picked up by the carrier and on its way to you."Repeat "is picked up by the carrier..."This indicates the **** tracking info is a indeed correct, and **** does not have the item.Business Response

The lower was disposed that same day but **** has not been by the store front at all this week (likely due to the poor weather), so we are sending someone to the store front to take all the packages to the post office today to get those mailed out. I have contacted the customer with an update regarding this situation and let them know that the tracking info should be updated in the next day or 2. I ordered a product from their site and was told by their online instructions that they would reach out to my FFL - they have not done so. I have attempted to contact their phone for the online business as well as their in store business. No one answers the customer service number. If you call the store, **** will tell you he has no way to get in touch with the online shipping/customer service people and that he can submit a ticket for you. They do not respond nor do you get a confirmation a ticket was opened. Seems that they are associated with Delta Team Tactical - and both are just as shady. Concerned about this experience and the legitimacy of their product offerings.Business Response

I bought a Barrel in ORDER DD-****** item B762-16-19457 Mercury Precision AR-15 'Astroid' *****" 7.62x39, ************ 1:9.45T, **** Gas, 41V50, Stainless Extension, Nitride Barrel Finish. When I started the build, I did the GO and NO-GO gauges, and it failed both tests, using two AR 15 7.62x39 bolts by different manufacturers. I contacted technical support on 1/29/23 via the recommended method on the site. Still waiting today for any signs of life still waiting. At this point, I want to return the faulty barrel and get a reinbursment.Business Response

Order number: DD-****** Order Date: 2/2/2023 Total: $371.15 I only received part of my order. Can not get any response by email or phone. And I think it's just ridiculous that somebody could stay in business doing customers like this no contact can't get in touch with anybody since I've sent numerous emails. I mean this is not the way you do business and now after reading all the complaints on the BBB's website I would have never done business with these people they should offer this information up to begin with I've sent him pictures of what I received in the mail and here it is still no contact so please give me my money or give me my partsBusiness Response
