      It was a great pleasure doing business with this company. I had a few questions so I called the customer ********************** and they answered everything I asked as well as giving me a few tips to make the job easier. I'm so glad I came across Service First Flagpole Company. Supporting a veteran owned business is always at the top of my list. I will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new flagpole.

      I Bought the 30-ft sectional Service First flagpole with the 2 inch adapter recently to replace my bad decision to buy a competitors pole that could not hold up to 20 mph winds, I fly a 5x8 US flag and a 3x5 second amendment flag flying on a extremely windy day and have zero sway. For anyone who reads this and is looking for a superior flagpole at a very reasonable price look no further than Service First. I'm really impressed with the adapter now I have an actual 30 ft tall flagpole, could not be more pleased and great job Service First!!!

      We purchased the bronze 25 with a lanyard and the solar light. Shipping was on time, the product was secure in the box, and all the parts were included. Assembly was easy and the instructions were a breeze to follow! I watched the recommended video as well. We are proud of our flag pole and cant say enough how please we are with our purchase.

      I put up my 20' flagpole in the spring. I was out of town on vacation when hurricane ****** passed through **************, **. I had left with two flags flying certainly not anticipating hurricane force winds. Upon my return, even though there is a very large tree down 100 feet away, my pole is still standing straight with both flags intact. I have pictures but not a way to add them here.

      Had missing parts in the original shipment, however customer ********************** was very easy to deal with and they are shipping out replacement parts immediately. Excellent customer ********************** from start to finish! 4-star rating because of the inconvenience of having to wait for replacement parts - but overall satisfied to date with quality of what arrived.

      Ordered a 30ft sectional pole. It was very easy to install and it looks great. Tallest flagpole in my neighborhood. Love the option of it coming in black. Wish I could leave a picture on here. Customer ********************** would respond fast also to answer any questions.
