      First of all its a veteran owned company!! Their customer ********************** is top notch from the pole to the top they have answered all my questions and quickly took care of my issues.       Best customer ********************** in a long time! I had a slight issue with my flag pole lights, they were very prompt in helping and did exactly what they said they would do. ! The products are good quality- lights are bright brilliant colors, nice storage case, just cannot say enough ! Completely exceeded my expectations , now a customer forever and will always recommend!

      I couldn't be more pleased with the flagpole. Easy to install after watching their video of the process. I ordered the telescopic Flagpole and love how easy it is to change flags. With the solar light on top I can proudly display Our Nations Colors 24 hours a day! Supporting a Veteran owned company makes it even better! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

      I own the 30 foot Delta series flagpole, a few months back a freak windstorm dropped down and my flagpole was twisted and destroyed. I contacted the company knowing my pole was out of warranty to see how much a replacement pole would be. They said they would replace it and offered me an amazing discounted price. Great customer **********************, great company!!

      My flag pole arrived and everything was in great shape. I was impressed with the attention to detail that was taken during the packaging of my flag pole. I ordered the 25 Freedom Edition, Black Anodized flag pole, and the overall quality of everything is fantastic!!! It has now been planted in the ground and my flags are flying high. I couldnt be more proud. Everything looks great. We had a bad storm last night with high winds. How high???????????still standing and looking great! Oh, I forgot to mention the fantastic customer **********************. Those people are so friendly and so easy to get along with. If something is broken or missing, they stand by their word in order to make things right. In todays world, if a man stands by his word wether it turns out good or bad, they get my vote and business! Thank you everyone!!!!!

      This is a quality company! I ordered a flagpole from Stand Flagpoles of *************, UT, on July 2, 2023. After MANY emails trying to find out about my order, with nothing but canned responses about how they would get back to me within a couple days (which they never did), I canceled my order. My money was finally returned on 28 July.Shortly before I received my refund, I ordered a 25' Flagpole from Service First. The cost was less that the other pole and I was getting a flag light, tooo. The very next day I receives an email from Service First stating the flagpole HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. Now that is service!!!!!!! My pole is now up and I'm proudly flying my American Flag.Thanks to Service First - a quality company who supports their customers.

      I received my 25 foot black freedom edition flag pole and added accessory 6x4 ******** Flag in perfect condition! The shipping was fast and the customer ********************** is great!! It is frequently windy here and the flag pole appears very sturdy. It looks absolutely beautiful and I couldnt be happier! Highly recommended

      My Old Glory flagpole was in great shape when it arrived, it was very easy to install and looks amazing. You can't get a better pole for the price! Support a veteran owned company and pick one up, you won't be disappointed.
