      After you order expect another 2-3 weeks to receive your order than what they post as their ship time. They should make the timeline more clear. Additionally the colors do not match their photos. Since they don't have a physical store we have to base it off of the photos. They were not the same colors and the business refused to do anything about it.

      Horrible experience! Beware!!! This company is a joke (just look at the ****** reviews)... I ordered items to test out the company for my wedding... we ordered the Gardenia groom boutineer... first they were delivered super late and had to buy real flowers for the event. They would not offer any kind of support or willingness to address the issue. Only said there was a shipping delay and they did their part by giving *** items to ****. (Which their site never had a tracking number) finally after getting a tracking number from them in said **** was waiting for them to give **** the items. I tried explaining this which they kept denying liability. After the items were delivered they were not like the pictures! Dark red in the Pic but light in person, then the light white and ivory were dark colors. Truly horrible product and customer service, I bet all these good reviews on their fb is bots... ill be following up with my card for a dispute.... just look at their ****** reviews.

      Genuinely one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They falsely advertise what is and is not included in certain styles. I picked a DIY bouquet kit that specifically did not show or mention the option of the bark flowers. There was no toggle switch to select 'no bark flowers'. Guess what I got? 70% of my flowers had bark on them. They talked down to me like I was a child and explained what tree bark was, when I complained that I was given the wrong item ?? I was already in this deep, and had to order some supplemental items. They shoved the softener, dye, glue stick, and other accessories in one sandwich sized ziploc. When stuff unsurprisingly exploded and ruined everything inside the bag, they offered me a TEN CENT STORE CREDITTT ?? p.s. The dye is just acrylic paint and the softener is glycerine you use in soap making. Avoid this "business" at all costs.

      Inaccurate customer service/NOT dedicated to customer satisfaction Beware if you do not have a month to wait for your order look elsewhere. I placed an order on May 19th and did not receive it until June 27th (The day before my daughters wedding). I made several previous phone calls and was informed each time that my order was shipping on June 13th and my request to have a supervisor call me back would be honored. I did not receive a call from a supervisor until July 9th, after I made several other requests via email. The supervisor was unsympathetic and repeated the same phrase I heard prior "the order was shipped within 19 business days as stated on our website". VERY UNHELPFUL!!

      Don't use this company. They have a no return policy, and their customer service is terrible. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is actually only applied when they feel like it, and conditional guarantees aren't worth the paper they're written on. Also, if you ignore my warnings and use this terrible company anyway, be VERY careful with whatever options you select because according to the company those options are carved into stone tablets that are forever held against you. They claim that these policies are because of frauds committed by customers, but they are the frauds.

      Nature of Complaint:Failure to honor refund request, misleading shipping timelines, poor customer service I placed an order with ********************** on May 23, 2025 for an upcoming wedding, based on the company's stated processing timeline of 45 business days and a satisfaction guarantee that promises to make things right if the customer is not satisfied. Nowhere on the website was it clearly disclosed that orders could take over a month to ********* ensure timely delivery, I also paid $124.95 for "Priority Processing and Expedited Shipping." Despite this, my order was significantly delayed, and my flowers were not even shipped until June 20, nearly a month after the original order and just three days before the weddingtoo late for them to be used. The shipping was not expedited, and tracking from *** shows that the package is expected to arrive after the wedding, rendering the product completely useless.I reached out to the company multiple times during this process, including:June 5 - when I was told delivery could still take another 812 business days June 18 - when the order had still not shipped despite the extra payment Each time, the company failed to offer a timely resolution or allow cancellation. I clearly communicated that I needed the flowers by June 23, and the company continued to reassure me rather than acknowledge that they would miss the ******** that the product is arriving too late, I have requested a full refund for both the product and extra shipping - a total of $401.61.The company has refused to issue a refund, despite their Satisfaction Guarantee. I have been left scrambling to find a florist at the last minute and have incurred additional costs because Sola Wood Flowers failed to deliver as promised.

      We ordered a sample pack well before our wedding and were glad we did. It all arrived damaged, the filler stuff is cheap plastic and the flowers feel like styrofoam not wood. Definitely wont be wasting our money buying a full bouquet.

      Sadly, previously had good service but not anymore. I made an order, and I mistakenly hit DIY. Right after the purchase like within 5 minutes, I reached out to customer service. They replied quickly and told me, they could not refund me because it had been sent to processing.I reached out again to their phone service line, they said they could not refund me because now it had been **********'s obvious customer service is not in view and I would not order again. I would suggest you don't either.

      This company does not fulfill orders in the way they advertise on their website. I ordered a cookie cutter, basic bouquet with no customizations to ensure my flowers would be here before my wedding. Their website clearly states that non-custom orders will be shipped out either the next day or within 2 to 5 business days at the longest. 12 days later, I still do not have even a shipping number, and I leave for my destination wedding in two days. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes with customer support, I was given the most corporate robotic runaround Ive ever gotten from customer service in my life. I have the tracking number and it says very clearly that it has not left the warehouse or been given to the courier, yet they refused to refund me any of my money for this order. This is 100% false advertising, and as somebody who works in the wedding industry, Im so disappointed this company does not uphold integrity or even have essential of access to customer support. When asked to speak to a manager, I was told they could call me back in 2-3 days. After my call with customer service, I have absolutely no intention of ever supporting this business again and will be sure to spread the word to all of the brides I work with and know.

      Up until today, I would have left a 5 star rating for Sola Wood Flowers. I chose to go the *** route so I am dyeing, stemming, and assembling all floral arrangements. Prior to two orders I placed in March, I was THRILLED with my orders. The flowers were beautiful, the dyes were vibrant, and everything came together well. However, my recent experience has me leaving this review. I placed an order to get more centerpieces for my wedding. When it was first delivered, I did not have time to comb through the entire box to make sure everything was as it should be, because life is busy and I had a lot going on. When I went to look at the dye colors I received today, I noticed that two of them, which should be different, looked exactly the same. From appearance in the bottle, to appearance when poured, and appearance when mixed with water, they were EXACTLY the same. Sola is refusing to rectify THEIR mistake, telling me "they look very similar until they are mixed well and mixed with water for dyeing" and claiming that I am not within the return window (today is the last day in my return window). I am now scared to order more dye because I am worried they will continue to send me the wrong color. I love the flowers I have, but my experience with their customer service leaves something to be desired.
