I ordered three bridesmaid bouquets on May 20th, and ensured I had selected build it for me. I waited weeks for my order, only to get packages of broken, damaged, undyed flowers needing to be put together. I contacted the company to make them aware, as I cannot build them myself due to a disability.
The company insinuated that I was lying, refused to do anything to make it right, and ghosted me. The representatives were horribly rude and did absolutely nothing to make it right. I did not receive the items that I paid for, and the lack of care is appalling. No one should use this business for such a special day, they should be ashamed of themselves.Initial Complaint

I placed my order on April 26th 2025. I ordered my flowers pre dyed & payed extra for that. I payed a total of $102.76 for the flowers. They advertised shipping would be 4-5 days. I received my order 19 days later. Almost all of the flowers came damaged or broken to the point where they cannot be used. I reached out to the company that also claimed on their website that they have 24/7 chat support & it took days for them to get back to me. I was stuck talking to an automated system & when I finally was able to talk to someone they offered me a refund for all the flowers that were damaged which ended up being a total of 15 flowers that I paid over $100 for they refunded me $15. Ive been trying to get in touch with them as this is not an acceptable solution but they refuse to answer me.Initial Complaint

My fiancé found these flowers and while their quality is good and from a few feet away you can’t tell them are wood, their customer service and shipping lack any value whatsoever. We ordered several trials only to receive half of them and never received the others. Then after our order my fiancé ordered sun flowers and they sent them as blue flowers. I my self have never seen a blue sun flower. The customer service then proceeded to blame my fiancé for ordering the wrong colors and they are unwilling to do anything to help us. If we had the ability I would find another company to provide your flowers as this company does not care about your big day and has no real customer service. Before you order anything from here triple check your order and don’t expect and help if they don’t ever ship.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from their website on 5/6/2025 after seeing Facebook Ads for wooden flowers. The product had not shipped by 5/20/2025. I messaged the company on FB messenger numerous times and they keep dragging me along. At first they said they were slammed with orders and there was a delay. Then they said it is their warehouse. Then they sent me a fake shipping label for UPS in FB messenger that has no real tracking information on it. I never got the email that it was shipped because it wasn't. I want a full refund. My party is coming up and I will not have the flowers in time to dye and arrange them. They didn't hold up their part of the sale, nor was there any alert to expect delayed time until they could ship. I see other customers online are also concerned with not getting their product. I order flowers for my wedding. I pick the colors from their website, when I received them, they were not the right shade of this color that was shown on their site. Solawoodflowers sells a product that is incredibly poor quality, a service (pre assembly) that is also remarkably poor quality, and their products smell like literal **** **** * ****. Their customer service is a joke—they don’t allow for any refunds or returns, just more of the same garbage product if you contact them in a very short window of time. They also sell scammy add ons like “softener” which protects the flowers from damage, except the products arrive the SAME and in the SAME POOR QUALITY whether or not you buy it. They also sell color enhancements but again won’t even show you the difference between using it or not using it because it’s not actually a sale for any additional product or treatment—it’s a literal scam.
Do not ever purchase from this company. You will receive stinky garbage and the smell doesn’t ever go away no matter how much you air out their ugly falling apart product.

I placed the order on the evening of 02/27/2025. Their website said 3-5 days shipping. The "label was created" on 03/06/2025, which is within their stated processing time of 5 business days. However, the package was not picked up until 03/14/2025 and did not arrive until 03/19/2025.
I contacted the company about cancelling the order on 03/10/2025. They told me that they had met their stated requirements by processing the order within 5 business days. They said that after it had been processed, it was out of their hands. They would not cancel nor refund the order. They gave no explanation regarding the status of my order other than it was waiting at the distribution center. They said it was the carrier's fault and offered no further information or help.
If I am shipping something and I create a label one day but then let the package sit on my counter for two weeks, it's not the carrier's fault it's mine. That's the circumstance I understand here. If the carrier does not have the package, how can they deliver it? Sola Wood is saying that they met their processing timeline, once the package was picked up, it was indeed delivered within 3-5 days. But there's a no man's land, no responsibility, no help timeframe between label creation on 03/06 to package pick up 03/14. Creating a label is not processing complete - it's a step in processing. Processing complete would indicate a package is on it's way. I believe this to be a deceptive business practice that actually gives Sola Wood weeks to process the order while blaming it on the carrier and refusing to help their customers.
