April 10, 2024 I made a purchase through Sola Wood Flowers.com that was confirmed (confirmation # *******) that same day.
On April 20, I reached out to see if I could get some type of order # to track the progress. I got an email back from them stating “Your order has been received. Your order will ship in the next 15-20 business days” - no tracking or order #.
May 13, 2024 I texted ###-###-#### to check the status of my order since I still hadn’t received anything. I got a response saying that it was getting packaged & I would receive the tracking # once the order is about to ship.
May 20, 2024 I received an email stating that one of the pieces I ordered was out of stock & that was what was holding up the order. I responded immediately to give them an alternate option & got confirmation that they had the item. As of Friday, I checked in with this company because I have my wedding on June 1 & still have not received tracking information. They texted me stating that they would get me the tracking number immediately. I have not received this & have not received flowers either.Initial Complaint

ON APRIL 24 I PLACED AN ORDER FOR $106.74 WITH SOLA WOODS FOR FLOWERS. I RECEIVED THEM TODAY AND THEY ARE DAMAGED AND NOT AT ALL WHAT I EXPECTED. THEIR WEBSITE STATS IF YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE'LL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT. HOWEVER, ALL THEY ARE TELLING ME IS I GOT WHAT I ORDERED AND THAT THESE FLOWERS MEET THEIR STANDARDS. MY PINK FLOWERS HAVE SPECS OF GREEN DYE ALL OVER THEM, MY BOUTONNIERES ARE BROKEN AND MY BOUQUET IS BROWN AND BLUE.Initial Complaint

Received flowers but NOT the color I requested. They asked for pictures to be sent and they were sent but they the pictures did not show the true coloring. I offered to send them back for a full refund and they denied. They offered a minimal credit of about $30 or so when I paid well over $300. I ordered all of my wedding flowers based on a picture and color design that Sola provided. I spent over $700 in November 2023 for a wedding in August 2024- this information was provided to Sola. I received my flowers 12/30/23. Life happened and I did not check the flowers closely, I take fault for this. I ordered product called softener and ignorantly thought the softener would brighten the wood. I decided I needed to get going with wedding items and started with flowers so I could see their true color. I started to look at the items in the box and read the directions of the softener when I realized they sold me something incredibly different than pictured. I contacted Sola and was offered $200. I understand this is a partial refund but a full refund sound be provided for incredibly poor advertising and bait and switch this company had pulled. I will provide a picture. I requested to return the flowers and have them replaced they said no and said I could purchase new flowers from Sola with my refund. The flowers have never been taken out of the box other than one to take a picture but never used.Initial Complaint

The promise of DIY orders “All other orders are processed within 4-5 business days.”
After a week I contacted to confirm the shipping times.
“Hi! Thank you for contacting Sola Wood Flowers. We apologize for any confusion caused, after reviewing your order, we confirmed that it was shipped from our warehouse on April 8th. Although the USPS site may not be displaying updates currently, please rest assured that your order is en route to you.
You can expect to see tracking updates by Thursday at the latest, or possibly by Friday.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.”
They printed pre-paid shipping label on April 5. Did not give to usps until April 11
Customer support wouldn’t respond for 5 days so the”excellent customer support” they claim is as honest as the shipping time. I asked to cancel or return and they refuse returns. I can’t use the order bc the time frame they give I made sure to have 2 weeks between and for coloring an assembly but now won’t have time for that before the event. That’s if they even arrive on the projected date.
I spent over $60 I want others to be aware they are not honest and do not stand by the promises they made.Initial Complaint

Sola wooden flowers is a scam, they use fake reviews with staged pictures on their website, they don't give an option to review them. They say if you are not %100 percent satisfied they will make it right. My wife waited 3 months for her flowers to ship for our wedding and we were being delayed 2 times, upon receiving them at least %25 of them were moldy. When reaching out to Sola they said that there is nothing they can do since it was 4 days past the return policy, but they have the right to delay us and make us wait 3 months for flowers we ordered and that they were probably molding in their packages the whole time we waited for them to show up. I wonder how many other brides have had to scramble and had their day ruined or stressed out because of Sola.Initial Complaint

Ordered through this company in Jan 2024, they took the funds right away and promised product within 3 months. Received email first part of March 2024 stating the product I paid for was not available but I could select a different product so I did, this was cheaper than what I paid for. No refund of the difference was made. Product arrived 3/23/2024 and they are awful! Sent pics to backup claim and was met with sorry we did our best and that’s all we can do. Flowers are broken, missing color on some, glue all over and metal stems stabbed through petals. This is for a wedding and I wouldn’t use them even if they were free!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased my wedding bouquet on 12/30/23. I never received tracking or anything of the sort at the time of purchase but was promised tracking at a later date. The order was promised to be delivered 6-8 weeks after purchasing. As it got closer to delivery time, I tried calling customer service several times and they were no help. I’d be on hold for hours and get hung up on. They say you can text them instead of calling but they do not respond on there. They finally gave me tracking info in late February but there was no movement on the package in over a week. So I panicked and went to a local flower shop to order a new bouquet because mine still hadn’t arrived and there wasn’t much time to spare before the wedding. I believe a week before the wedding the bouquet finally showed up and it was trash. There were globs and strings of hot glue all over it. Flowers were falling out of the bouquet without barely touching it. There was no bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or anything in there to keep the order safe and secure inside the box. The bouquet did not look as pictured so I had to spend extra money at hobby lobby to make it look better. I was told I could get a refund. They gave me a measly $25. Such a joke! On the day of my wedding my bouquet was literally falling apart all over the venue before the ceremony had even started. So embarrassing! Do not ever order from this company!!! They also tried to blame the USPS carrier on the damage to the bouquet but that did not explain the hot glue mess all over it.. another very sketchy thing is you can’t leave a review on their Facebook page or their website. They filter their reviews to make it look like they have no bad reviews which is very misleading. They lie and steal from innocent people and it’s not ok!!!Initial Complaint

I spent almost $200 and only received part of my order. I emailed called texted, and I'm not getting a response from this company.
