- Cancellations: Cancellations made 60-days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 59-30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation. Reservations canceled within 29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable for the total reservation amount. Tenants are advised to purchase a Travel Protection Policy through Utah’s Best Vacation Rental’s to allow refunds after the 60-day cancellation for covered reasons. We especially recommend travelers in the winter season purchase CSA Ski & Mountain Insurance. Please call for details (801) 747-0218. Policies can be purchased no later than the day after the final payment is made. Travel Protection policies and rates can be found on our policy terms on our brand website utahsbestvacationrentals.com under the “Travel Planning” and “Ski & Mountain Insurance” tab.
