  I got my car towed and called legacy towing at 4:00 and made and they made me an appointment at 5:10 I showed up at 4:30 to pick my car up knocking on the door no one answered finally someone answered at 4:50 did all of the paperwork and payed for my car back by 4:59 which I was ready to pick my car up at 4:30 and they charged me an extra 200$ for an overnight fee. I was at their tow yard no one else was there but I still had to pick my car up at 5:10.

  After reading many of the reviews, my experience is very similar unfortunately. I had my car parked in my own parking space that I paid for to LAZ parking which is outsourced by ************* ***************** on 8/30/2023 and my car was towed because Legacy Towing said that I was illegally parked in a handicap parking space without having a handicap decal or handicap plate. I called Legacy Towing and informed them that I had a permit that was issued by LAZ parking and that my vehicle is registered to this parking space and should not have been towed!!! Outcome is pending......... to be continued and will certainly provide an update.

  We're out of town on a family emergency. They towed our truck in the middle of the night in a parking spot. Called them and They said it's 378$ to get out the towing it's their right to change prices and charge that ridiculous amount. They said we were in illegal parking without a permit we needed to be in visitor parking. There is no visitor parking or permits. Every space is unmarked and half the lot is under construction. All these other people are not even in a parking space and didn't get towed. We were targeted. That's not even a legal price to charge!! I javelin pictures of my truck and pictures of other people that are actually NOT in a legal parking space. Just parked on the side

  The first time I had to visit this business it was because they had towed my Dads car from his apartment spot with his name on it. They towed it because his disability placard was on his dashboard instead of on his mirror. I was so infuriated, but he had a heart attack afterwards and we were in the hospital. I let it go. Yesterday my sons car was towed in our townhouse community because there was no guest parking available, as we waited for a space to open they towed it. My son is disabled too, and had a disabled placard, and 3/4 of the cars out there had no permit either. They chose to tow my sons car instead. It seems that either the company has a problem with disabled people, or that someone driving the trucks do. I would let your apartment complex or HOA know to use a different towing company.

  Agreed with ***** H!I just had the very same thing happen to me. Parking pass fell of the dash board and landed on the console where the shifter is. It landed face up and was clearly visible for the towing driver to see and NOT take my car, but NO, he still towed my car. I will not be the one to just write a post on sites. I will be taking this garbage company and drive to court to get my money back. If apartment buildings are going to contract with this kind of scum, you are now on notice, people are going to start to *** you too!

  CLOSE THEM DOWN! THEY WATCH YOU, WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR (IN AVAILABLE PARKING), THEN HOOK/BOOK.. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS?! ENTRAPMENT IS ILLEGAL.. THEY TOWED MY CAR WHEN THEY CLEARLY NEW I WAS IN THE RIGHT TO PARK IN HANDICAP PARKING. THEY TRIED ONE DAY, PHYSICALLY GETTING OUT IF THEIR TRUCK, WALKING OVER TO MY CAR, SEEN THE HANDICAP PLAQUE WALKED AWAY . LATER ON I ACCIDENTALLY FORGOT TO PUT IT UP, SAME JERK CAME BACK AROUND AND TOWED MY CAR. EVEN THOUGH PLAQUE WAS ON THE SEAT.. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!! ONLY 1 STAR BCUZ I HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW!!
