    I had a deeply troubling experience with Legacy Towing that I feel compelled to share. My car was towed illegally from a parking stall that I pay for every month. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, I was met by a hostile employee who not only displayed racist attitudes but also made threatening comments. He suggested that I wouldnt be getting my car back because I would be deported, which was utterly inappropriate and ************ an attempt to intimidate me, he even provoked a confrontation, leading to the involvement of the ****** police to help deescalate the situation. To make matters worse, he insulted my elderly mother-in-law, calling her an "old hag" and suggesting she should "spread her legs somewhere else." This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge anyone considering using Legacy Towing to think twice. There are many towing companies out there that treat their customers with respect and integrityunlike this.

    Predatory tow company. Towed my car for no registration (I'm waiting for my plates in the mail) when my temp registration was taped to the back window. it must have come loose due to this heat wave.Woke up to find my car was gone with no notice and no information. After figuring out these scumbags had towed it, they forced me to pay over $300 to get it out even though it couldn't have been in there more than a couple hours. Horrible business and it should be shut down.

    If I could give zero Stars could! My car was wrongfully towed I had my handicap placard exposed that incompetent tow truck driver did not read the date on my handicap placard. I got a late payment for my doctor's *********** for $25 the lady at the office was extremely rude would not let me talk to a manager asking another coworker and the unpleasant office lady. She said there should be no problem because they delivered my car back to my home. But that does not pay my no show fee for the doctors since it was not a 24-hour notice. I'm filing a report With Better Business Bureau.

    I would give zero stars, if I could. They already towed my car, unjustly, but then when I go to retrieve my car the next morning, I get loads of attitude and F Bombs thrown at me. Em, at the front desk, is an absolutely feckless individual without an ounce of decorum. Good thing I have video and audio recordings of the entire interaction. She's nasty, vulgar, rude, and a liar. So, Em, you want to make false claims regarding MY conduct? Bad decision. Smile, you're being recorded.

    Sincerely terrible business. The employees are unhelpful after STEALING your car. When you call to try and find your property they will hang up on you (multiple times). Their address changed from what they have posted online and they wont tell you that on the phone! Youre supposed to just magically know. Genuinely the worst business Ive ever had to interact with in my life

    Horrible service. Just got hung up on. Called back and got a second rude last. She said they would see if they have time to patrol the area for a car thats been parked outside my property where their 72 hour parking sign in. They didnt want vehicle description or license plate.

    Predatory towing company, they steal your car and are less than willing to even answer the phone and give you a straight answer. Their signs are vague and have no detail whatsoever regarding the terms to parking in the lot.

    Legacy Towing is a predatory towing company. They have devised a series of procedures that makes it difficult to recover your car in a timely manner and in turn *** tack on additional fees. They tow vehicles well before they can confirm of those owners were indeed customers of shops the parking lots are designated for. If you call them out on this they will simply hang up on you.
